ugh! she thought at she started to slow down although she shook her head and started running faster and then slowly as she started to move away from the ground she made a kittypet yowl then took her claws out landing on the hare she rolled over still with the hare this time she had it in her jaws.

Rabbitfur stiffened as she bit and twisted his scruff and he suddenly dropped onto his side and rolled. But Oceanpaw was already away from him and he looked up at her as she struck at his belly. Instinctively, his claws unsheathed, but he didn't strike back, reminding himself she was no enemy. He parted his jaws to praise her, but they snapped shut as she lay across his belly. He was quiet for a long moment before he averted his narrowed yellow-green gaze.
"...I see you are tired." He rolled onto his side before standing, shaking any dust from his pelt. "Perhaps we should return to camp. It's been a long day. ...And there's things I need to do in camp." He looked towards Flameheart and flicked his tail impatiently.


Fallowpaw nodded.
"Okay." She smiled kindly at him and watched him lay down for a rest. She looked down at the freshkill pile before picking out another mouse and carrying it towards the elder's den. Littlestep needed to eat, she reminded herself.

After a long while of waiting and pouncing in a rather repetitive patten, Cheetahpounce now had 3 small pipistrelle bat and 1 slightly larger flying fox bat. holding the prey by their back legs, the ginger tom began the march back to camp to deposit his catch and start again for the 3rd time that night.

"What?! You can´t be serious! " her fur bristled in rage. Elders? Hunting for themselves?! And kits becoming apprentice in 3 months?! Who does Blackstar think he is to do such a thing?! she gritted her teeth, her body shaking with anger. "And what was the reaction of the clan? Did someone disagree with it in open?" she whispered, making sure noone would her. She lied down next to tom, letting her fur to lie flat, so she wouldn´t look so much suspiciously, though anger still could be seen in her eyes. "You said he keeps senior warriors with him, right? But how and why? I´m sure they aren´t happy with this idea either." she asked gray tom quietly observing camp to make sure noone was listening. I wonder what´s the meaning of this. she thought.

"Well, there was a LOT of arguing and rage. I didn't see it myself, but apparently Rosewing clawed Snowfire in her outrage. I don't say I blame her, certainly; it'll be Silentkit and her new litter up for training at such a young age if this proceeds." Fadedpelt said, his ears flattening slightly as such an idea. "I'm not sure how the senior warriors are reacting to this, but I'll bet one or two of them are complaining - albiet quietly to avoid Blackstar's wrath". He paused to check around again, then leaned in close to whisper "I might be punished for saying this if anyone else hears, but Blackstar is taking his power as a leader way too far. Something has to be done before this results in the deaths of the innocent".

(Question: If Cheetahpounce is 37 moons, is he counted as a senior warrior?)

Cloverstorm taked her last bite for the mice, licking her lips she thinking if she could go hunting or something.

Slower, the senior warrior chided slightly, standing up and padding over to where his apprentice sat. And relax. Pressing his own paw beneath Swiftpaw's, Snowfire gently began to guide his apprentice's paw on the sharpening rock. This is a task that will take some time to learn.

She dipped her jaws in the hare's neck just incase and then let it down she let out a chuckle and looked over at the hare on the ground "got you" she said softly still chuckling and picking up the hare

As he laid down he scanned the camp smiling he swished his tail moving across some dirt and small rocks on the ground.

He forced himself to a smile. "I know. But I could catch it, if the wind didn´t chagne all of the sudden..." he sighed. Smokepaw also looked up, shining stars reflecting into his eyes. "hey Finchwing! Hows the hunting going" the gray tom almost jumped out of his fur. Turning he saw, it was just FlameHeart. He let out a sigh of relief. The she-cat really scared him a bit, popping out all of the sudden. "Yea, that would be great..." he offered small smile, feeling even more ashamed, that FlameHeart saw his race after mouse - and the end failing. Smokepaw then followed his mentor and Flameheart deeper into forest as they walked back to the camp.

Leopardpelt couldn´t help but agree with gray tom. She nodded him thankfully for telling her about it. "I just hope Starclan will send a sigh soon. We have to stop this otherwise the blood of innocent will be spilled. And the worse of it is, that it will be for nothing, but one mad cat´s words." she half hissed half whispered to gray tom in voice that was hardly audible. Looking up on the Silverpelt she thought it´s time for sleep. She needs to rest after today long hunt. "Well, we should go and take a rest. It´s really late already." meowed spotted she-cat, standing up. "Thank you for talk." she nodded to the tom and then she padded to warriors den walking straight to her nest.

He walked back into the camp after being out in the forest. His cobweb stock was now fully replenished, and he doubted he would need any for a long while. Although, if Blackstar kept this up, he figured he would run out quicker than usual. He set the stick that he had collected them on down in the back of his den, and settled into his nest. It had been a pretty stressful day, and he was glad that night had come quickly. He rested his head on his paws and fell asleep.
