Roseclaw cocked her head, and followed the tom. "Robinwing was having a nightmare." she explained to Lilyblossom, limping.

"Nobody loves me! I see all these mates, purring and brushing their pelts together, and twining tails. But nobody seems to show signs of affection towards me!" Amberpaw mewed with a short sob and sniff.

"Oh", Lilyblossom said. Then she smiled at Robinwing. "Well at least it was just a dream".

Tinypaw walked back from a small hunt, dropping his lot on the fresh-kill pile then looked to see Amberpaw having a break down. He walked over. "What's wrong"? He asked in a worried tone.

Amberpaw sniffed again, swiping her paw across her eye. "I see all these mates with kits, and nobody seems to love me. Nobody twines tails with me. Nobody purrs in their speech. Nobody brushes their pelts against mine."

[well I really hate when people have their character become minute mates so if the relationship is going to work they will need to get to know each other better.]

"Well not every cat is lucky to have a mate", Tinypaw said. "No know seems to talk or even look at me".

Amberpaw looked up at the wise tom. "Tinypaw, I look at you. But Nightkit always said, that every cat at least has a mate. Or a ex-mate."

Tinypaw nodded lightly. "Well do you want to share a mouse"?

Amberpaw felt flattered, and gave a shy smile to Tinypaw. "Thanks, that would be nice. I am quite hungry, because I haven't eaten much. I haven't eaten anything, actually!"

Tinypaw nodded and picked out a plump mouse and brought it over. "You can have the first bite if you like".
