A voice could be heard ranting down the street. "And then I'll have to listen to Colonel Sarcasm tell me about how i messed up. I can practically hear it now! 'Missed out on the philosophers stone again, huh Fullmetal...." a echoing sigh was heard. "Brother..."

Lilly sighed and shook her head, She stood up her tail brushing against the bench that she was sitting on. The girl flicked her ears and looked at he tree and smiled, She was the 'Life Alchemist' meaning she was able to control plants, Lilly looked at the time and walked out of the park back into the streets swarmed by people and their hostile gazes.

COPPER ROSEWINTER

Copper walked up the street to headquarters. She sighed dejectedly. She'd just come from the East from putting down a band of thugs that were terrorizing a town when she was supposed to be doing some military thing that she couldn't remember. Copper just remembered that it was something that wasn't take down a band of thugs.
"I hate it that Cornel Flaming-Ego thinks I'm his little errand girl just because I have amnesia." she muttered crossly, kicking a stone in front of her, "I can hear him now ranting about how I failed a 'simple task' and questioning whether or not I'm as useful as they thought. Then sending me on another errand. I've got an agenda of my own!"
By then, she'd about reached head-quarter's gate when she kicked the stone. Copper had kicked it a little harder then she intended and it went sailing through the air and into the back of the head of a short boy in a red coat with a Flamel on the back. (You can all guess who that is)
"Oops." she flinched

Ed Elric:
He turned angrily after a rock hit his head. growling he screamed, "What the heck?! What in the gate was that for!" "Brother! Calm down!" a suit of armor held back the short blonde until recognition flashed in his eyes. "Hey haven't i seen you around central HQ?" he asked blinking several times.

Some shouting could be heard from a distance in the Central building. Who could it be, other than Oliver Armstrong, Heir to the Armstrong household. She was angry. Ok, that's and understatement. "I do NOT need more men to slow us down! The Briggs men have everything under control! You wimps will just die and cause our work load to be heavy! My men and I are perfectly capable of finishing this war on our own." She was denied. Men would be sending out soon. The angry general stormed out of the building, heading back to the train. "Stupid idiots. I would do a much better job leading this country. These men I'm getting won't be able to survive a day in Briggs."

And then there was the beautiful Emerald, who looked... not so beautiful. More sleep deprived than anything. She did not seem like her normal, cheery self. And then she had Mustang to deal with. Probably just as sleep deprived as she, he was most likely sitting in a pile of paperwork, procrastinating. What a dork. She decided to get some tea to wake her up, and picked some up on her way to work. Research had been tough on her lately. She blinked to see three figures, a boy, a girl, and... armor? "Good morning..." She mumbled, before examining the trio a bit better. Wait a second. "Elrics." eye narrow. "You, armor man. May I request your assistance if you arent speaking with the lady here?" And there is was, her cheery, elegance and British (or whatever the equivalent to Britain is in fma) sounding accent.

He snorted at the girl. "Whatever assistance you want my brother for, I can deal with. there's no reason you can't ask me." He said putting an gloved thumb to his chest. "Now what do you need?"

"Ah, but it appeared you were talking with the girl here." The teenager gestured. "It does require a trip to my office, if you are willing. I'm sure my boss doesn't mind. I know what you guys are researching, and I actually need someone to read my research and tell me if I'm on the right track. Again, I'd rather do this away from public eye." Emerald bowed lightly. "Oh! I apologize for not introducing myself earlier. I'm Emerald Kay, the Emerald Alchemist. Pretty redundant, right?" She held out her hand for the other to shake, offering a smile and a little wink of friendliness.

Lilly walked down the street back to the train station, her head down as people stared. She walked onto the train and took her seet looking out the window at all the normal people, people who did not get stared down by others. that was somthing Lilly enveyed in those people. The girl took a deep breath putting a stoic face on again and leaned on her hand and she looked out the window waiting for the train to leave. She had a mission to compleat.

COPPER ROSEWINTER

The boy who she accidentally hit in the head with a rock whipped around and shouted at her angrily. He looked like he wanted to attack Copper until a six-foot tall suit of armor held him back, telling him to calm down.
"I'm really sorry about that. I kicked it harder then I intended." she apologized to the short blonde boy.
"I didn't think it would hit someone so short anyway." -_-" she thought to herself.
In response to the guy in armor,
"I've been out on an errand for Cornel Flaming-Ego. He keeps sending me on all these stupid little errands despite the fact that I have something I want to do myself." she explained, "I don't think he believes I'm capable of handling myself, even though I'm a State Alchemist."
Copper crossed her arms in front of her and huffed in annoyance at the thought of the Cornel, blowing a stray strand of copper hair out of her face. She then realized she was ranting and acting somewhat childish.
"Sorry, I was ranting again. He just really makes me mad, if he wasn't a higher rank then me I would have nailed him in the face already with my automail fist."
