Merr smirked at Shade as he came, chuckling softly as he lowered his head to the pups' level. "Aww, so cute." He blinked at Yuki as she spoke. "Yuki, don't you get it, he loves them. Already."

"I...I guess so..." Yuki sighed. "You're disappointed, aren't you?"

"Not at all. After watching the pack's pups I've always wanted my own. Now I do?" Shade said, gently licking Yuki. Rai smiled. "So, I'm a grandpa? I'm too young to be old!" He laughed good-naturedly.

(can I design a few of Yuki and Shade's pups?)

"Don't worry mate, I'm a grandparent too... But then again, I'm quite a bit older than you. How much I will not say, too much." He smiled at Rai, continueing his laughter. He felt happy, but it wasn't going to last. Pawsteps came closer and closer, not bothering to be silent. His fur bristled as he spun round to face them, gasping as he saw.

Rai tensed, ready to protect his family. He gasped as he processed the data. "!!!"

Shade blocked his mate and children from view. He didn't trust what he saw.

Character's Appearance: Meko
Personality and History: Meko, like Kiba, was highly aggresive and short tempered. He had a constant blood lust and could barely control himself enough to not attack his own kind. He is practically fearless, except for those of higher rank than him. He formed a special bond with Merr when he was young, and would do anything to make him happy.

Character's Appearance: Crappy ref
Personality and History: Kiba, unlike his brothers, is highly aggressive and short tempered. He prefers to attack first, ask questions later. This approach has got him into so much trouble during the course of his life. If it wasn't for his brothers, he would be dead. He is all brawn no brain, or rather, he is intelligent and extremely capable but he just doesn't apply himself.

Character's Name: Baya
Character's Appearance: His silky white fur hides many large body scars, across his eye, on his hind leg, both his front legs and down his middle. Missing his left back leg, he has burnt parts on his lower jaw, back paw, tip of his tail and left ear. His piercing blue eyes make it harder for him to hide.
Personality and History: Baya is the leader of the small group of 'brothers'. He is strong and brave, not allowing anything to make him show fear in front of the others. He is loyal, clever and trustworthy. He would do anything to help his friends, or to complete the mission set before him. His determination is much more than most would imagine, once he has something in his head, he would get it down, no matter what the costs.

Personality and History: Hai is small, weak and cowardly. He doesn't like to fight but will fight viciously if his brother's lives and threatened. He is loyal, determined and patient. He is much like a sheep, just following Baya around, seeking his brother's love and protection.

Merr yelped as he was tackled by a flying wolf, a grin spreading from ear to ear. "Meko! Baya! Hai! Kiba! You guys! How are you here? You're meant to be dead!" He rolled to his paws, nuzzling each in turn. "Rai, Shade, Yuki, everyone... These are my former packmates. The white one is Baya, Hai is the smallest with the blue, Kiba is the pink one and this young fellow is Meko."

Shade nodded, but not relaxing. He didn't know these wolves, nor did he know he could trust them with his newborn children. He felt a feeling of unrest deep inside him. Meko's eyes invoked an unknown feeling deep inside.

[Solanum]

They all looked over at Shade and Yuki, Hai scented the air and grinned. "Pups? Cute, whose? If you don't mind me asking?" He blinked over at the group, then at Merr just to make sure he wasn't out of line. He was far too cowardly to disobey...

"Mine," Shade said protectively. He wasn't sure to trust these wolves, especially with the peculiar feeling they gave him. He began to shake and then he erupted a strange sound. It was part-bark, part-howl, part-roar. His eyes darkened, and grew a second tail. "Hello Hai. Hello, Meko. Helko Kiba. Do you recognize my voice?" The creature that Shade changed into yipped in a deep voice.

Kiba stepped forward this time, sizing Shade up. This was his usual greeting, he was cold and aggressive by nature. "No, are we supposed to?" He growled angrily, but yelped as Baya bit his tail and shook his head. "Sorry..."

Shade shook his head. "Fire, Ice, Water? Ice holding trees, fire melting the ice, water expanding...The legends of creation. I am Rama."
