if you color this and you not making a donation or you do not have speacial permission then you will get reported and i will take that colored in pic and put it up for adoption

If you did, that would be art theft, and would get you banned. You can't tell people they cant edit it, and you can't say that if you do your putting the character they worked HARD on, up for adoption. Plus, its in EDITABLE oekaki. If you don't want people to use it, put it in a diffrent forum.
