Jace looked from Kyle to Finny and shrugged his shoulders. "I-I don't know... He gives me a weird feeling..." He admitted hesitantly and gripped his bag strap tightly. On those words, Kyle turned and made direct eye contact this Jace, causing chills to run down his back.

Jace unconsciously pulled Finny closer behind him in a protective way and his eyes widened when Kyle approached them. His body tensed a bit causing his body heat to rise slightly, yet steadily. "Hey" Kyle greeted and pointed up towards Jace's collar. "You do know that your shirt is inside-out right?"

Finny placed a hand on Jace's arm as a sort of "don't burst into flames" gesture due to the amount of heat coming off him. Balling her hands into fists, she stared up at Kyle nervously.

Jace let out a breath he didn't know he had been holding in and glanced down at his shirt. It was, in fact, inside-out. His tenseness slowly lessened but the heat still lingered. "Oh, y-yeah. Wow, I really didn't notice. Thanks..." Jace sent Kyle a curt bow of his head in thanks and tugged on a sliver of his shirt. "You're welcome." Kyle responded and took a few steps away from them. He eyed Finny for a short moment and then started off in the other direction. "Weird...." Jace muttered.
