@Eclipse; Most people receive money via paypal (or using deviantart; if you have a premium you can use widgets to turn points into cash!) since that way they don't have to give out their real address for people to mail 'em the money. :> I think DA is one of the best places to sell art for $$, but it can be a bit tricky starting out!

If it were me i'd go for it. It's just a virtual pet and not points/$$, plus there don't seem to be as many good art/character sales for pets anymore.
