The wolves were too far way, and she would never be able to find them. Worried about the pack, she turned and walked back over the field. She walked all the way back to the bakery, took her bike and rode home.

Artemis looked at the sidewalk while walking down the road. She didn't know what to do for the rest of the night, so she continued walking home slowly. Artemis looked up for a moment because she heard something pass by, it was a girl on a bicycle, but she was going so fast she didn't think she would come back and talk to her. Artemis shouted out, "Hello there!" Hoping she would hear her. Artemis ran as fast as she could to try and reach the person, then shouted out again, "Hello there!"

Beth suddenly herd someone shouting. She saw the girl on the sidewalk, and skidded to a stop. "What is it!?" she shouted back. "If you want to talk, meet me in the park. I don't have time!"
Annabeth jumped on her bike again and soon arrived at her house. She walked trough the door and took of her helmet. She then walked inside with her shoes still on, grabbed her guitar and walked outside. She locked the door, and with the guitar case on her back, she headed for the park. It was very close to where she lived, which was very practical.
She sat down on the closest bench, and waited for the girl to show up. If it was something important, she would probably come here. Annabeth took out the guitar, and started strumming.

Artemis heard what Annabeth said and she followed her to the park, she wanted to ask her if she wanted to be friends. It was kind of a silly thing, but she didn't have any friends, and she just wanted to get to know someone here. Artemis walked over to Annabeth and said,"Sorry if I scared you, I just wanted to ask, do you want to be friends? I've been here for a while, but I still don't have anyone to talk to and I just wanted to get to know at least one person here." Artemis looked down and then sat on the bench next to Annabeth.
