Pythonstrike is a sly, competitive character. He’s often asking everyone if they’d like to go on a hunting challenge or battling challenge. The majority of his hunting challenges were who could catch the most before sunhigh. (His competitor would join him at sunup to begin.) His battling challenges usually involve his favorite battle move, the ambush attack. Just like a python, he waits silently, his muddy fur helping him camouflage. When the time is right, he lunges forward at his victim. Being sly comes with intelligence. Having experienced more than the average warrior, he knows many places extremely well, giving him the advantage to find the perfect hiding spots. Surprising prey and/or other cats is his specialty.

Personality: Rabbitpatch is a gentleman. He is kind to all the she-cats, but especially Quietpaw. He loves to flirt, impress, and show off to the ladies. Rabbitpatch is loyal, and never betrays anyone. He is terrible at keeping secrets. He has many friends, and almost everyone likes him.

Relationship with Quietpaw: Rabbitpatch thinks Quietpaw is the best cat. He wants to get to know her more, and thinks she is really cute. He's not sure if she likes him, and is worried that if he admits that, he will get teased. He loves her personality, her looks, and everything about her. Rabbitpatch hopes one day he will be able to tell Quietpaw how he feels about her.

Barkwish is a very friendly tom cat and really enjoys helping out the clan. One of this favorite things to do is to go out hunting and to entertain the kits whenever he has spare time. Barkwish also really enjoys long naps in the sun. Somethings Barkwish really dislikes is swimming since he does have a fear of drowning. He doesn't like it when he sees other tom cats flirting with Quietpaw. (He feels a bit jealous). Barkwish also doesn't like witnessing sick clan members, because he looks to his clan like his littermates and he hates seeing his clan upset or sick.
Relationship with Quietpaw:
Barkwish's relationship with Quietpaw is a very cute relationship. Quietpaw is basically Barkwish's best friend and he feels a part of him goes missing whenever he's not with her. Barkwish is also very smitten by Quietpaw but he's shy about telling her his true feelings. Sometimes whenever he's taking a nap in the sun, he'll randomly think about Quietpaw.
Whenever they go for training practice or cross other cats from another clan, Barkwish will almost always get super protective of Quietpaw. Inside he knows Quietpaw can fend for herself, but then thoughts come in of Quietpaw getting injured and he can feel his heart break a little.
Short Story:
(I'll just be using random warrior names for this story)
It was just another bright sunny day in camp. The birds were echoing their song across the forest and a patrol of warriors had just exited the camp for their morning hunt. Barkwish was not of those going hunting. Instead, he decided to entertain the clan's kits for the morning before he would have to go on the morning patrol.
"Barkwish! Barkwish!" Nightkit exclaimed happily as she dashed out from the nursery. She was always the first kit up. Smiling down at the kit, Barkwish leaned forward and lightly nipped the she-kit's ear. "Morning, Nightkit. Did you sleep well?" The tom cat asked as he sat beside the ebony kit, his sharp tongue rasping over his thick brown fur. "Yes, I did. Except Harekit kept kicking me in the face.." Nightkit muttered and looked up at Barkwish who chuckled a little. "Maybe he was having a good dream."
Speaking about good dreams... Barkwish blushed slightly as he thought back to last night's dream. He had been chasing Quietpaw around in the forest and they seemed to be both having fun. Near the end of his dream, he remembered Quietpaw licking his cheek affectionately.
"Barkwish!?" Nightkit squeaked louder this time and watched as the tom-cat snapped out from..whatever just happened. "O-oh, sorry about that.." Barkwish gave a sheepish smile over at Nightkit while something caught his eye from behind the tiny kit. Quietpaw... A gigantic smile appeared like magic on Barkwish's face as he watched the apprentice break from the den, stretching and yawning right outside. Of course, Nightkit quickly caught on and grinned mischievously. "Ooo...you like Quietpaw!" Nightkit exclaimed loudly as she began to hop around the tom, giggling. "N-nightkit! Not so loud!" The tom cat muttered as he quickly glanced over at Quietpaw, who thankfully seemed to not notice Nightkit's announcement.
"Just go tell her. Quietpaw isn't mean." The tiny black kit muttered since was slightly annoyed that the warrior had hushed her. "I-it's not that easy." Barkwish muttered and quickly straightened up once he noticed Quietpaw walking over to them with a tired smile. "Don't.Say.Anything." The tom muttered between gritted teeth from smiling back over at Quietpaw.
"Good morning Nightkit, Barkwish." Quietpaw purred softly as she let out another yawn. "Morning Quietpaw." Barkwish purred in response as Nightkit nuzzled Quietpaw.

Later that day, Barkwish began to think to himself about what Nightkit said. "Just go tell her"... He repeated those words over and over. Maybe I should tell her...

Name: Quailflutter
Gender: Male
Personality: Quailflutter tends to be very quiet. He's very shy, but if introduced to others in the right scenario he gets on with like a house on fire. He's very charismatic, it's just that when he grew up, his mother kept him away from other kits- she didn't want her only son to grow up to fast or have better relationships with other kits than her. She ended up causing him to have slight social anxiety, keeping him from being a bold young cat. He is very intelligent and absolutely adores riddles. Because he doesn't have many friends in the clan he focuses largely on training, and thus is skilled in sparring and hunting.
Relationship with Quietpaw: Quailflutter is head over heels for Quietpaw. She lived in the nursery with him as he grew up, and although his mother shielded him from her to the best of her ability he still sneaked in a game of 'Warrior vs. Rabbit' or two. As he grew up and moved into the apprentice den he build his nest near hers, but was never brave enough to approach her. She doesn't know it, but he would die to protect her.

History:

Pythonstrike was originally named Python, born as a farm cat. He only had one sibling, which was his couple-of-second older brother, Adder. Python had a… unique group of two-legs. They had this thing where they named the kittens of a litter after specific types of a specific animal or plants. Python’s family was nicknamed “The Snakes”, which felt really embarrassing. Adder certainly didn’t appreciate it. In fact, he had a hard time appreciating anything he had. He always wanted more. However, Python was perfectly fine with what he was given. He had a wide range of freedom, considering they lived on a farm. The farm was 3 acres long, and one of Python and Adder’s favorite place to be was the corn patch. That was where an idea sparked in Adder.
“Let’s get out of here.” He mewed with a smirk.
Python strongly disagreed with leaving. What about his family? He’d hate having to leave them. In response to what seemed like a one-sided idea, Python refused angrily. Adder was determined to convince his brother to leave. It took about 5 moons to finally make Python cave in. By now, Adder and Python were 11 moons old. They hinted at their family that they’d be leaving, constantly reminding them how much they would miss them when they left one day. Little did they know that they’d be running off only a couple days after. They traveled for 2 moons, where they experienced their first snow. Python nor Adder had even seen snow before, since they lived in a place where it didn’t snow. But, after traveling for miles, they so happened to run into a place that went through such a beautiful season. It was fun until they ran into Dawnclan.
“Python, we shouldn’t be here. Who knows when we’ll run into—“
Adder was interrupted by the sound of hissing. Apparently Python had run further down the hill and so happened to encounter a rather large tom. His name was Spottedmask, which was unknown to them at the time. At first, the forest-smelling cat growled with hostility, but soon loosened his muscles when he saw the two. They were only around the average aged apprentice. Even though they weren’t kits, Spottedmask still felt like it was part of the warrior code to take them in, no matter the consequences. They couldn’t possibly be danger to the clan yet. So, he suggested that they should come with him, where only Python agreed. Adder stayed behind, instructing his brother to come back as soon as possible.
Spottedmask didn’t immediately accept him into the clan. Instead, he showed him around camp, soon introducing him to the Dawnclan leader. Python enjoyed the camp and clanmembers, they seemed loyal to one another. The two take a while exploring the territory, then Spottedmask allows Python to head back to his brother. Python really liked the thought of joining. However, even after Python tried hard to encourage his brother to join with him, Adder refused to come. This led to the two having to separate for a while. Python was renamed Pythonpaw, then Pythonstrike. Pythonstrike still checks the borders often, occasionally meeting his brother where the two reunite and have a fun time for a short while.

Relationship with Quietpaw:

Pythonstrike had spotted her in the medicine cat’s den as an early apprentice when Spottedmask showed him around. She seemed to have a small scrape on her paw-pad. After joining the clan, he felt as though he should keep close to the outside borders instead of the apprentice’s den. Every couple of nights, Quietpaw would walk up to him and they would talk with one another before she ran off into the apprentice’s den. Pythonpaw appreciated the company, but never really took it seriously. Instead, they formed a friendship with one another. Pythonpaw was luckily made a warrior before Quietpaw, though never became her mentor or anything considering she already had one. Besides, he’d hate having to teach his own friend about something. Throughout many moons, Quietpaw formed a small crush over Pythonstrike, in which she hinted at multiple times. Of course, Pythonstrike was oblivious to this. Sometimes he’d get very uncomfortable when he’d see her ‘’staring’’ when he was carrying in some fresh-kill. But, as some crushes go, you begin to lose interest, and remain the way you are- friends. At the worst timing, the roles switched. Pythonstrike finally realized the reason why Quietpaw was acting the way she was. Though he didn’t learn on his own. Spottedmask, who was now rather close friends with Python, had told him when he mentioned Quietpaw. Pythonstrike still didn’t really feel the same way that Quietpaw once did, but he figured that he could see what would happen if they gave it a shot. The determined tom turned this into some sort of a game, trying to strut around and catch Quietpaw’s attention. He failed multiple times, but soon he felt like he needed Quietpaw’s attention. Was he forming a crush on her? Pythonstrike turned to Adder for some advice, but as some brothers are, he just laughed. Currently, Pythonstrike still yearns for Quietpaw’s attention. Maybe one day she’ll finally accept one of his pathetic invitations to specific hunting patrols or gatherings.
