Ahh, I remember first joining CS.
I was just a young'n, and my best friend recommended me. I remember my initial reaction- "It's not making smoothies out of chickens, is it?!?!?!" Note: I had pet chickens at the time.
I remember that in school we'd talk about it and be so excited to get home and check up on our pets' growth. Ahh, the good days. c:

oh man, i've been on this site for like, the last five years of my life (2010 joiner woo)

there are too many good memories with my friends on here! but my favourite has to be meeting a completely new friend on here, which was gay. man, meeting people on this site is the coolest(((:
and i have a couple bad memories with my friends making me feel bad, but that was so long ago i barely even remember. also the oekaki. that thing is hard to use

but this site was a totally great part of my childhood! (which is, of course, still technically going on, but i'm a Big Teenager now so pfft). it even got me into proper writing for the first time! not to mention digital art, which i've now taken to other places like photoshop and sai. so thanks, tess, for these super things your site has given me(:
