Oskar and Skipper - Tags: Rush
Skipper's frown remained on his face, and his eyes remained narrow. He appeared to be drawing himself up a bit to come off as tall or something. "I'm listening." he responded simply, though didn't appear to be backing down. "This better be good..."
"Um..." Oskar spoke up now. "If I may... good sir." Skipper's eyes immediately shifted to the Komet, glaring at him, causing Oskar's lips to close as quickly as they'd opened.
"Sir? Do I look like a superior officer to you? I was asking Rush!" He indicated, looking back at Rush again, his tone still sharp. "Don't speak... yet." Skipper stated, glancing briefly at Oskar. Oskar swallowed hard, and backed away slightly, but had no intention of going anywhere until Skipper heard him out. "So..." Skipper turned his attention back to Rush. "I was around when those murderers attacked... not in the air but fighting on the ground." he informed his fellow Corsair. "What's going on here?"

Finn watched the exchange between Lightning and Doc, and suddenly recognized Lightning as the friend of Mater. That's why he looked so familiar! He was the last target in the Allinol scandal! "So... you couldn't risk blowing your cover... but are you really that important to them?" he asked now. "Just WHAT was at the conference? Anything you can tell that might explain this attack? Our files indicated that attack was similar to this one... but there were a few differences... namely more cars who had reason to work with each other were involved. This one... seemed completely random. Cars who have no common ideological background suddenly banding together. I'd appreciate any information you could share with me that would be relevant to our current investigation."
He turned to address Aero, who had wandered up to their increasingly growing group. "Police business, ma'am." he informed her, being vague once again. "We're trying to get to the bottom of this attack..." He paused as he saw a creature that could only be described as a dragon start to vigorously... lick... Lightning's hood. "Er... what is... going on?" the agent inquired, utterly confused now. He knew of dragons' existence from files, but never... never thought he'd see one up close. They were extremely rare after all, but deemed not a threat by CHROME, or MI6 for that matter. On top of that... his path was crossing with Lightning McQueen once again... and now apparently... the Hudson Hornet...
Blade - Tags: Otter
"That was... unexpected, and... nice." Blade confessed here. "I didn't think Dusty had it in him. Still... can't say I blame him... he's gotta be torn up about this..." Turning towards Otter now, he spoke again. "Say... you want me to get you a can of oil, or anything? I know for me at least it'd help get my mind straight. Looks like there's plenty of rescue workers around, so I'm sure I'd just be getting in their way... maybe... maybe I can tell you a bit more about myself too..." Blade trailed off here, wondering if he was truly ready for that or not.

Dusty blinked his eyes open when he heard Shadow's voice nearby, his heart leaping as he didn't realize she was that close! "Whoa! Sh-Shadow!" he stammered, looking over at her. "Really? You think it was brave? Well... I... I felt like I had to say SOMETHING! I mean... everyone came here to see me today so... I just... I couldn't let them go with nothing after all. I had to show them support..." He trailed off as she said he made a good leader... and thought about this. A leader? Was he really... a leader? He'd never really seen himself as such... sure he loved taking initiative but that was just... something he had to do sometimes.
"Huh... I never... I never saw myself as a leader... but... thanks. I guess I just... I dunno... had to... had to say something." he concluded now, repeating himself as he offered her a smile. Suddenly, he gasped, and tensed up as his vision suddenly blurred... and he was... no longer standing in Propwash Junction! To Shadow, it just looked as if he were staring off into the distance with surprise at something, but to Dusty, he was seeing... blue... lots and lots of blue...
He was on a rocky path somewhere... but it didn't look like any place he'd ever been... it didn't look like any place on Earth at all in fact! Unless... it was the future? Or... some other place entirely? Looking around, he was surrounded by... tall pinnacles of... an odd material. They looked like black mushrooms as they blossomed at the top into flat mesas with... were those... buildings on top? "Uh... hello?" he asked, looking around him, but seeing no sign of visible life... what was going on here? Where was he?
Turning around, he could see the path headed downward into what looked like a... town of sorts. Or a village maybe, it was hard to tell. "Hello Dusty..." He gasped, and whirled around to face the speaker, startled out of his mind to see a... vintage looking car standing there, smiling at him. His voice was warm yet... eerie as well... cold... like... someone who knew you but that you didn't care to get to know better. The vintage kept smiling in a way that creeped Dusty out, and made him wish he wasn't here right now. It sent daggers of ice through his heart, and he shuddered as he tried to control himself.
"Who... who are you?" he asked, gulping.
Instead of answering him though, the car looked around him. "Do you see? Do you see what you'll become?" As he spoke those words, Dusty was wrenched back to reality, breathing heavily as he suddenly saw Shadow standing before him. "What... where... where am I?" he gasped, looking around. "Propwash? I'm back... home?" he looked right at Shadow. "Did you... did you experience anything strange just now?" he asked, his voice bordering on frantic as he tried to get his breathing under control. He appeared absolutely panicked, as if he'd just seen ghosts or something...
