Hi! I wanted to know if I was able to make a second account. But i would not trade anything from my second account to my first or if i wanted to change my account username by making a new account is that ok?

Can I have more than one account?
No, each player is only allowed to have one account. You are not allowed to have more than one account for any reason.

Players which create or control multiple accounts in order to get around our adoption limits and pound time limits will be banned and have their pets taken away. If you're trading with other people, they have to be real players and not just accounts which exist to give you pets. If in doubt, don't.

If you want to rename your account, DON'T create a new account and trade the pets over to it. That breaks the multi-account rule. See our help entry on renaming your account instead.

but what if you just want to start a whole new account with a different user so you just make one but you DONT send any pets from your old account to your new account and dont send items either is that ok?

NO, don't start a new account unless you want to get banned or...... Just don't whatso ever NO NO NO NO

It is allowed to have your old account deleted (all pets/items removed to the pound if you don't give them away) and start an entirely fresh account so long as you aren't trying to dodge any arguments or trouble you may have gotten into with the old account, though apparently not all staff agree on this and it seems to be on a case-by-case basis. Different staff will say different things. If you really wanted to know because you were planning on doing this at some point (though you just joined yesterday and don't really need to), you could always send a help ticket: http://www.chickensmoothie.com/help/gethelp

We are able to change our usernames without making a new account, so there isn't much reason to want a new account.

As all the lovely smoothians above stated, you can rename your account without breaking the rules, and if you happened to make another one, both would become "inactive" or even more likely, banned. The only reason you would get around this rule, is if you had permission from Tess herself, or Nick, Or sorren. They all are very nice people, but your situation would not make them agree. Since you are new, I can understand the fact that this whole this thing is new to you, so I'm only leaving you off here.
