"you don't chase the rabbit," she meowed with a small smile. scenting the air, she scented a squirrel. with a small grin, she dropped into a hunter's crouch and spotted the prey on the ground, nibbling at a nut. keeping her tail from twitching, the deputy launched herself at the prey and swiftly killed it. grinning, she picked the prey up and watched leafpaw.
