History
She decided to join the academy at an early age when she discovered her powers although she wasn't able to leave until she turned 18. Growing up with her power caused a lot of people to stay away from her because she was "too dangerous" or a "freak" So although shes alone most of the time she really just wants a friend who can keep up with her. Part of the reason she chose this school.

Powers
Ready to learn why shes such a "freak?" Well her main power is the fact she can control her hair. Almost like an extra set of arms. She can make it grow on its own though the longest it can go is equal to her height so about 5'5".

Not only that but Rhea is a pyromaniac (someone who is obsessed with fire). She has invented some gloves that can set on fire. The pointer finger is like the head of a match and the other fingers work like the side of a match box. Not only that but she can light her hair on fire and for some reason it doesn't harm her at all, making her even more of a freak.

On top of all the fire she can move without making a sound. Almost like a ninja.
