Armadillotumble watched as Wolfpaw barged in. He got up slowly and unnoticed, making his way towards the apprentice. He appeared from the shadows. "Where does it hurt?" Armadillotumble asked emotionlessly, seating himself in front of the apprentice.

Wolfpaw may have been a heartless jerk, most of time, but he could tell that there was something wrong with Armidillotumble. The emberclan apprentice paid no mine and replied to his question. " My shoulders and back were scratched up- by some thorns.." He flicked his tail and pouted; besides fighting Wolfpaw was very skilled at lying. "I think one of the younger apprentices may have played a joke on me and put some thorns in my nest."

i nodded to shorestar, even if i didn't agree with telling redstar these things. we're all cats, no different from each other! i had to find some way to tell armadillotumble, as it could lead to omens and prophecies and this and that. should i wait until the gathering or should i break the warrior code? the stress was killing me, but i had to open my mouth to speak to my leader, at least. "if that is your wish, shorestar, we can go and get ravenclaw now and explain this to him, or you can speak in private." i meowed, looking straight into her eyes. "i don't think redstar is a bad cat... i think she's a scared cat."

Armadillotumble's jaw locked. He nodded slightly and slipped off to get some herbs. He returned almost instantly and began to chew them in silence. As the medicine cat was rubbing the poluce on the apprentice, he said coldly, "Are you lying to me?" Armadillotumble then sat in front of Wolfpaw again.

The Emberclan apprentice flinched as Armidillotumble placed the poultice on the scratches. +He was shocked by Wolfpaw shook his head, "I wouldn't lie about this! Anyways why would I do this to myself?" He mewed. That's not as believable..hmm.. Wolfpaw dug his paws into the nest. "To be honest..me and Pipitpaw got in a quarrel and I was scratched by him..It's nothing." Wolfpaw murmured.

Armadillotumble cocked an eyebrow. "Over a female, right?" He mewed, watching the small tom's every move. He got up slowly, circling the apprentice. Not in an intimidating way, but in a...comforting way. "You can trust me, Wolfpaw. Nothing you say will ever leave this den. I promise," Armadillotumble mewed with a smile, coming to a stop in front of Wolfpaw.


Could this maybe blossom into a great friendship? Like whenever Wolfpaw has problems he comes to Armadillotumble? c: ))

Mintpaw padded back into camp with a wad of moss, she spotted Armadillotumble and Wolfpaw. She glanced curiously at her mentor then Wolfpaw and dropped her moss outside the medicine cats den "I'm sorry I wasn't here....I was collecting fresh moss." she meowed "Did you already use dock?" she asked her mentor as she glanced at Wolfpaws scratches how did that happen? she thought as she wrinkled her nose.

He smiled,nodding to the she cat."May I sit? I know there's always something to do, but if I may have a little conversation with you ma'dam,my day will start good I believe." He said with a sigh, his jolly smile getting faint. He knew about the medicine ca's forbidden relationship.Worse, it was of his Foxpaw. He refused to be the one to tell her nor tattle tail. He was no speaker of bad gossip. Oakfang rather needed a bit of distraction before finding a patrol or duty to do.

Foxpaw looked back once or twice to make sure her older she cat was doing ok. It was natural for her to worry over her warriors, even though they were trained to deal with alot. It was something her uncles would say reminded them of her mother. SHe shook her head, trying to think forward before seeing Meadowlark in front of her, bidding her opinion. She gave a respectful bow. "Yesm a'mam, a great spot. Then they can't swim far,and we can see them too!" She purred,looking up. "The sky is clear and the air is fresh, we are in good paws today." She said in her strong, mature voice. She was young yes,but it was the way she spoke that had many off guard. When she reach the area, she did what she remembered one time; place her tail in the water. It stayed in ther for a bit, waiting for a bit.

"Im not getting any younger" He snorted flicking his ears softly.

"Where are we going to be hunting?" She asked curling her tail around as she looked around before standing up fully and giving her paws a good stretch looking around, she was ready and her paws where itching to get a move on.

She said softly gazing around the camp as her smile faded when she looked to the elders den. "I hope poppystem is ok, it must have been very hard to see flameheart go trough that" she said softly a flash of pain fluttering through her eyes before it was gone, so quickly it might have never been there.
