No - It's unfair to the top. The Cream Santa Hat Advent is only worth around 6-7 '09 rares. The top is offering more than that. Please do not give false advice, but I understand completely if you were mistaken. ^^

Unfair to you rarity-wise. Demand-wise, I've seen them go for list pets. Your shima is just worth a regular '09 rare, but most users treasure them like mainlists.
