Matthew looked up from the bench he was sitting on, watching the scene unfold outside the cafe with an apathetic expression. He was, of course, supposed to be in school, which he didn't really bother with. Setting the coffee that he was drinking down, he set his elbows onto his knees, awaiting any sort of cue to intervene.

The girl gave them a death glare as she heard them mutter 'should have watched where she was going' under their breath. Alright, I'm calm... calm... She attempted to reassure herself, taking deep breaths, before rewinding herself and the man who did it, this time dodging before she got more than a jostle. She closed her eyes, rubbing her temple as her head throbbed in protest at using her power, but she did her best to ignore it. She looked up, catching a few suspicious eyes at a whole scene replaying, but with a look from here, they turned away, going back to their business.

Matthew blinked in confusion for a moment. This hurt his head, as he had a relative knowledge of most future events that he was involved in, and one had just been changed. Standing up, he shoved his hands in his pockets and strode after the strange girl.

Kentucky sighed, instinctively wiping her dress, even though there was nothing there. Turning, she wandered down the street, before getting the feeling she was being watched. And followed. Turning around her gaze fell on a boy, and took a sip of her drink, looking at him pointedly.

Matthew shoved his hands in his pockets, still staring, unblinking, at Kentucky. As soon as she turned around, Matthew stopped, an unusually curious expression spread over his face. "What did you do?"

"Why are you following me?' Kentucky asked, ignoring his question. She crossed her arms, eyes flashing as she eyed him warily. What did he want? And what did he know?

Matthew narrowed his eyes, stepping closer to her. He was much taller than her, as he was much taller than most other people, making him appear threatening at times. "I will respond to your question with my same question. What did you do?"

"And I respond do you, tell me or get lost." She snapped back, not one to back down, or succumb to pressure. She was stubborn, and that could be a blessing as much as it could be a curse. Her eyes sparked, as her grip on her cup tightened slightly

Matthew scowled at her. "Tell me." His voice had turned dark and menacing.

Kentucky's eyes darkened as well, and she stood straight, showing that she was not going to be ordered around by the likes of him. "No. What's your name anyway? For all I know, you're a creepy stalker." She snarled at him, not about to say anything before he did.
