Is there a limit to the amount a guest artist can make,and can they make one for themselves?

No there is no limit, you have the same freedom as normal artists you just have a leniency on how often you need to post where Full artists need to post 1 or more every day guest artists can post whenever they want. And yes you may make 1 for yourself
