HELP! What is this song?!

I heard this song a few weeks back, and I cant remember how it went. It is driving me INSANE!

The song is sung by a girl. All I can remember is one part where it goes "Woah Woah Woa oh oh"
It is a very up beat and fun techno-ish song.

If you have ANY Idea what this could be, please tell me! All help is appreciated and I want to give a huge thanks to who ever figures it out in advance!

I think it was sung in a different language. Maybe Japanese? I'm not sure

Yeah hun this is pretty vague, do you remember anything else at all? Like even a couple words that stuck to you, or the theme of the song.
