"Yes ... my littermate, Ji- AH!" Cliff shrieked out in shock as something fast hurled itself and then jumped on him. Hawkpaw grinned upon seeing Cliff. "JINX! GET OFF OF ME!" Cliff shouted.

Tigerstrike withed Jinx's performance with dissatisfaction. "Hawkpaw, if you wish to become a warrior you need to act like one. Your not a kit." Tigerstrike scolded.

Squirrelpaw watched Bluepaw leave then looked up at Duskclaw. She stared at him with her unreadable expression then shook her head sadly and looked toward Thornclaw.

"I'm sorry," Hawkpaw apologised and got off of Cliff. "It was just so tempting! I haven't seen Cliff in a long time! How's Birdie?"

"Hawkpaw?" Cliff asked, avoiding the Birdie part. "Umm, excuse me," he turned to Tigerstrike. "But why did you call Jinx Hawkpaw?"

Duskclaw hadn't noticed Squirrelpaw looking at him, instead he was still glaring off in the distance. "This camp's back this way," he mumbled to Thornclaw before starting to walk back.

Tigerstrike shot a glare at Hawkpaw then turned to Cliff. "Your brother has joined us an apprentice. He is now known as Hawkpaw." He explained to the strange cat.

Squirrelpaw padded beside Duskclaw, her eyes focused on what was ahead.
