This Is really bugging me off, since whenever I TRY Submitting my siggy, It comes up with 'oh noez! the server iz brokez!' And whenever I refresh, It STILL Doesn't work :(

It shouldn't do this.
What have you done so far?
Have you tried:

Clearing your cookies and cache?
Changing browsers?
Refreshing the page?

Guest account for cs you mean?
If you aren't 110% signed up with CS, you cannot change your signature I believe.
This is for coppa'd players as well. I think.

Just to edit, can you access the page and put the code into the text box?

Ok.
The text box is basically where you type in, aka this part, for any reply you do on the forum.
But that I see is irrelevant.
I just changed my signature to an older one and it worked fine.
ucp.php?i=profile&mode=signature
It could be because of another issue.
But I do highly believe that either:

Clearing your browsers Cache/Cookies/History.
Turning your computer off and back on.
As for me, they currently are the two best options I can come up with to help you right now.
It has never happened to me unless the site goes down for maintenance, which it doesn't / hasn't done so for a while since it only goes down so Nick can do things for events to happen. c:
