friends
- marceline; the two are practically sisters, and are often mistaken for it. marcy even kinda looks like a pluto kid, so she tends to enforce the confusion that she really is calista's sister with her charmspeak.
cassius; the two have been friends for a while. after trying to poke some fun at calista about being pluto's kid, the two quickly hit if off as friends. calista is even accepting with cassius's excessive fun and games, probably because she part-takes in them from time to time, even though she can't really get away with anything. their friendship is to the point where calista will sometimes call him 'cassie'.
fox; the two were friends almost immediately. with fox's adventurous side, he's sorta drawn to the 'dangerous' factor about calista, and she in turn likes him as a friend because he's not really discriminate about her whole pluto thing.
vixen; when it comes to the athena twins, they couldn't be too far away from each other for too long. that's basically how calista met vixen, through fox. although she's still a little skittish of calista, they've warmed up quite a bit to each other.
sierra; she isn't daunted with the child of pluto, and calista doesn't really take the whole 'big three' thing that seriously. the two get along very well.
elijah; she's gotta admit, this kid's got nerve. not only is he unafraid of pluto, it seems as if he doesn't let his rivalry with marcie get in the way with their friendship. calista has always been a little reluctant about opening up to him, but he's sorta wormed his way in. much like fox, calista sees him as one of her more pleasantly irritable friends, and over time, that is how she tends to develop sibling-like bonds.
- milo; he's afraid of calista. they don't really hate each other, but he tends to avoid her, and calista gives tends to give him his space because of that. though it's been getting increasingly hard due to the fact that she's good friends with cassius.
lorenzo; the two are intrigued by each other. lorenzo is curious about her, and wants to approach her, but after learning that calista is a pluto-kid, he's a little intimidated by it. calista is kinda sad about that, cause she finds him cute and all. it's not official that she has a crush on him, but she sure does fantasize about going on pegasus rides with him with her arms tightly wrapped around his torso- which is really weird because one; pegasi tend to fear her and two; she's terrified of heights. however, things have sorta gotten complicated between them, so calista just about avoids him now.
ashlynn; calista sees her to be a nice girl, but she's very reluctant to open up to ashlynn mostly due to the fact that she is one of marcie's bitterest rivals. so if she get's too close to ashlynn, calista feels that she'd be betraying marcie.

- ariadine; during a game of capture the flag, aria had accidentally stabbed calista in the back and basically a chunk of earth cracked open to swallow up aria in response to calista's pain. luckily calista had regained control over her powers before aria could have fallen in, but aria can never look at her the same again. the two basically hate each other afterwards. and although ariadine is a badass ares-girl, even she fears direct confrontation with calista because of what she saw in the 'death-hole' at the capture the flag game. calista is still angry that she has an ugly scar on her back.
pilar; calista is sweet and pilar naturually has a mean sort of monologue, the two are never gonna be friends.
- ivy; despite the rivalry that they share, they often acknowledge that the other is a very skilled archer, therefore they have an unusual respect. they could almost be friends at times if it wasn't the rivalry. the two even gang up on dane sometimes.
dane; [?] the two absolutely hate each others guts, which is interesting because they both come from the same camp. they were already rivals back at camp jupiter because he was bygone the best archer at camp jupiter, except for calista who was the only one that could rival him. dane hates her for that fact, and also because she was never even supposed to be allowed to fight with bows and arrows.
- fox; he get's a little to excited about the exchange at times, and more often than not, calista get's a little annoyed about it. however, she's very impressed by his extensive knowledge on rome; little does she know, fox is just getting the facts from marcie beforehand. she likes to think that fox is trying to 'poke a bear with a stick' whenever he gets too excessive with the rome questions, but really, they're just 'hitting each other with sticks', meaning the two are pretty good friends, or in other words, fox is one of those friends that calista can't help but shake her fist at.
- between marcie and calista, she called dibs on lorenzo. but as calista was too slow to get a move on, things took an unexpected turn, and it's clear to her that marcie and lorenzo have a thing for each other. does it burn? yes, but she'd never compromise her sisterly bond with marcie over a boy. as much as she tells marcie that she's cool with it, her ego sorta shattered. in turn, calista's been a little distant.
