The black wolf lay down, almost near death. "You..." It growled, shutting it´s eyes. Scarlet bared her teeth, "How dare you murderer!" She shouted at Grim, baring her teeth angrily.

[Crystal_Tigryphon]

Grim turned his head, mouth soaked in blood. "He would have killed me if I hadn't." He picked the dog up, crunching it's spine and walking it to a large crater. He dropped it in. "That's the way it is. He would have brought me back to his pack to boost his reputation." He sat down, scratching his ear as if he had merely crushed a bug, instead of slaughtering a dog.

[Canair]

"And I thought you were Trip the dog not the killer!" Scarlet shouted, turning around and running off. She would never go back, not ever, she would roam around and maybe make her own group. Yes, she would do that.

[Crystal_Tigryphon]

Grim ran after her, catching up easily and leaping over her, stopping her dead in her tracks. "My name is not Trip, and I am no dog. I am Grim the demon, reaper of the forest." He licked his lips. "The dog wanted to bring my body to the Aztecs, to become a legend to his group mates. He might even have become heir to the leadership for my death. He wanted to kill me, and wouldn't have stopped fighting until it was done." He stared into her eyes, gauging her response.

[Canair]

"Ugh," Scarlet turned away, "And yet I believed the Aztecs!" She started to run again, looking over her shoulder at Grim. "Humph," She growled, slowly to a stop and looking at him angrily.

[Crystal_Tigryphon]

Grim grabbed her by the scruff, gently, and held her down. "What did they say about me?" He spoke with an oddly soft voice. "I know the rumors about me, but I have never met an Aztec that wanted to speak, only to fight." He let her go, and sat down. "You know what they say about rumors? They start with seeds of truth, but are overwhelmed by the growth of their own legend." He sighed. "So what did they tell you about me?"

[Canair]

"They only said you were a legend and myth!" She yelped, whimpering. Scarlet didn´t like being held down, she felt scared and sad like her history with the Aztecs. Scarlet yelped again, closing her eyes and braced herself to be attacked.

[Crystal_Tigryphon]

Grim sighed. "A myth... yes. I am a myth. I came here with no name, you know. It was my reputation that gave me the name Grim. Why would you want to find me, though? You said that you had wanted to meet me before, why?" He laid down on the ground, licking at his small wounds. A bear dog's skin was hard to pierce.

[Canair]

"I wanted to see if you were true," Scarlet replied snarling. She bared her teeth, standing up and turning around, running.

Grim grabbed her tail, pulling her back. "I am real, in a way. To kill here is a part of life that you have to accept. You kill prey, and you do it to live. I killed that mutt because I had to to live. Do you have any idea of what he would do if I'd let him go? He would have followed me to the den, then brought back others to kill everyone." He held her there still. "Understand this, Scarlet. You would have stayed if I hadn't have killed him, yes? And when they came, you would have died." He spoke with an odd emotion in his voice, one that he didn't understand.
