Chronic insomnia and nightmares for the win.

Plus I've had some awful sinus problems lately so I can't even rest.

I'm really horrible to myself... on school nights I stay up until around 2 or 3 AM (I wake up at 6 AM ._.) and on weekends I'm usually up until 2-6. It's usually the Internet that keeps me up, and I know that I should get more rest, but my brain rationalizes it because I'm usually always tired no matter how much sleep I get.
