Welcome, to Hogwarts.
Hogwarts has been considered the best and most successful school of wizardry that has ever existed. It has a great reputation for all of its available facilities and activities, as well as a variety of classes and sports.

You will be staying here with the rest of your housemates, depending on which house the sorting hat chooses you to go to. Will you be Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff or Slytherin?

Before you arrive, we ask you to purchase all of the following items;

• Wand
• Cauldron
• School Books (separate sheet inclosed)

Students are allowed to bring a cat OR owl OR rat OR toad
Reminder that first years are not allowed to own their personal broomsticks.

Sketch is a fun girl to be around. She is an optimist and looks at the bright side of things, and loves having a laugh with her friends. She loves hanging out with other girls and boys but sometimes she feels like she wants some time alone, and can stay in that loner state for days. Overally she's a happy girl that can be shy and quiet at times.
history;
Sketch is half blood, with her dad being a wizard but her mother a Muggle. Unfortunately, her father left her mother when she was very young and doesn't remember him well. Her mother was in a lot of stress from the divorce, but soon got back onto her feet and was one of Sketch's only friends during school, but moving meant that Sketch had a chance for a new beginning and fresh start.

Sketch has a few fears, mostly including spiders. She was scared of spiders from childhood, and is a common fear so she's not too concerned about it. But, she also has trypophobia which she isn't really happy about but it doesn't effect her much.

James is a really sweet guy, that really would be friends with anyone who's nice to him. He very protective over the ones he cares about and is not scared to stand up for them, even if it gets him into trouble. He's usually quiet and doesn't like talking over people, and is extremely shy around strangers.
history;
James was born in a Muggle family. His mother, Stephanie, has died when he was only four years old and doesn't have many memories of her. She committed suicide while his dad was out drinking. His dad is an alcoholic and sometimes doesn't come home after he goes out to bars. Overally, James is very happy he managed to escape his family and move to Hogwarts Instead of going to school, where he was bullied for a being different and having a messed up family.

James is mostly scared of being judged and left out, as he lived all his life alone and doesn't want to go back there again. He often gets depressed but he gets through tier than he did before he came to Hogwarts, as here he has friends who understand and help him.
