But isn't a 1st tier Advent worth 3 '09 rares? I've heard this in the FTT, but it's just a question because I'm a bit confused right now.

I recall seeing someone saying something like "four '09 rare pets equals one of the pets on the lowest tier on the advent list", but I'm not sure if I remember it correctly.
