Jae nodded and looked out the window. "You don't have anywhere to be?" He asked, feeling a bit nervous about what might happen if his dad did see her. His father was rather strict when I came to keeping their family's secret.

She shrugged. "I don't know... what do normal people talk about?" Clara laughed a little. "Guess we're past that. Um, do you read books? Play video games? Watch TV?"

A smirk spread over her face. "Yeah, we're probably past 'normal' at this point. And as far as that stuff goes...I usually build tiny machines or wind-up toys. When I'm not doing that, I read or watch movies for hours on end."
