Unfair to the Red-X Dog in my opinion. The Red-X has a decent demand, while the pink floppy has very little and is hard to trade off.

What would they need to add to make it fair?

I would say slightly unfair to them. Their advent pets is worth about 6-7 Mixed 09 Rares + an 09 Uncommon
