Hillary stood up and kicked the dirt off her back paws and smiled. She looked at Loka and felt something pull her head away 'No! I'm not falling for him... Am I?' she wondered.

"Well, there's nothing much more we can do for her, now." Tolvia looked at Godric, managing a small smile, miniscule compared to her normal, happy one. "Atleast she wont feel the cold of winter." She suggested, tilting her head. Padding toward Godric, she made a move to try to up the mood a bit, and flicked a small bit of snow at Godric with her tail. "whoopsy-daisy~"

Loka looked down at Hillary and then back at the Staff female. "C'mon, you can meet my mother." His wispy tail waved as he walked, bobbing from side to side. He was used to it, and therefore ignored it. But, what he was not used to however, was cats and when a tabby cat dashed out from underneath a cardboard box, he did the first thing that sprang to mind: kill it. He dived forward, pumping his legs as hard as he could, and then he knocked the cat to the ground, killing it with a swift bite to the head. "..um..." He picked up the cat and dropped it again, tapping it with his paw. "Me and mum eat cats all the time. I guess this is food, too."

Burnt put his paw over where Galaxy lay, although he hadn't known the dog for long at all, she seemed almost like a relative to him. He tapped the ground with his nose and turned to Godric and Tolvia, he watched Tolvia flick a bit of snow at Godric, which made Burnt chuckle a little.

"Ah, same 'ere" Hillary yapped. She thumped her tail on the ground and walked over, sitting next to him.

Laila slowly followed behind them, but when she saw the dead cat, she yelped in mortal terror. "Was that just a cat?" She asked while shaking. Her shaking was violent and she began to gag at the sight of the dead creature. She forced herself to look away, but that didn't work. She looked at the cat in digust, and sighed. "Is there anything else we can eat out here?" She inquired as her tail wagged slowly. She looked around and took a deep breath. Her shaking phased into shivering and she licked her coat, trying to keep herself warm.

Loka looked down at the cat, offended that Laila did not like what he had killed for her and Hillary. Oh well. What else could they eat, he thought? "erm..." He looked up at the buildings and then at some trash cans, swaggering over to them to sniff them. "I suppose we could go and beg for food... There's a pet-shop down there." He walked toward the path-way and nodded to the right, looking back at Hillary and Laila. "Im not that big, I shouldn't scare many people away."

Laila lokoed at Loka and then she held her head down in shame. "Loka, I'm sorry if I offeded you in any way. You don't have to go out and beg for food. I guess I'm kinda scared of trying something new." She whimpered as she looked up at him. Her eyes were big and she whimpered loudly. "Please forgive me." She said as she looked at the cat.

Loka smiled and approached Laila, putting his big head ontop of her back, sitting down at the same time. "Its fine, I dont think that cat smelled right anyway." He admitted, wagging his tail. "Begging isn't that hard..." He hoped, his fluffy tail wagging still. He padded down the path and stopped outside of a butchers, yelping he expected food, and yet part of him wasn't suprised when he was yelled at by the man inside. "Hey, Hillary!" He barked. "You don't think the dog-catcher is around here, do you?"

Hillary looked at Loka "i know where we can get better food!" she yipped. "it's cooked and tasty!". She turned hot on her heels "and there is no dog catchers around". She barked and sniffed the ground. She frowned "I can't get there... Can you help me Loka? Follow the scent! it smells like Turnips, Meatballs and Carrots meshed together".
