I use Firealpaca vov
As for bases I'm never sure who made them because most are unsigned and I got them all from a rar file from a friend so le shrug. I'm resigned to the fact I can't sell my sprites because of this but hey.
As long as I tell people that I didn't make the base parts and don't resell/use for commissions, I'm good.
Generally I just make sprites only for my own characters, though orange bird symboled one is a to-be scrap so I might just give her away for free to a friend.
adult - artist - she/he/they

Ohhh, I usually use Pixlr Editor simply because
I'm lazy. I get my bases from either tumblr or Devinatart so I know where the source
is. Mine take too long, I'd never be able to sell them. How do you get the inspirations
for fantrolls? I always over think mine.
