Smaug frowned when he gained his answer from Mobius, what was the point of armour on the dragon if it renders him unable to become airborne?
"In my opinion, I do not believe such armour is helpful if one cannot fly in it, that should be improved." Smaug commented, possibly disregarding that his scales were like armour as it was near enough indestructible and it was no extra weight for him.
