Ralph's pupils turned to slits when he saw the alpha, he snorted angrily, I don't need an alpha. He flicked his tail angrily and forced his pupils back to rectangles.

Mare moved forward a bit seeing toothless and hiccup seeing them arrive, barely sticking out of the shadows.

We soared higher, and dipped in and out of the clouds, getting glimpses of Berk before being submerged in white again. We spun in a tight circle then dove down toward Berk. A smile replaced the look of concentration as we lofted back up, now just drifting along on the wind, gliding in circles over the island as well as the ocean.

Toothless
After bounding over to the pond, I watched from the surface. Carefully, I studied the fish as they lazily swam about, unaware of my presence. Throwing my head into the water, I clamped my jaws down on an unexpecting cod, the other fish scattering. Happily finishing off the small fish, I heard something off in the trees. Perking my ear frills up, I listened carefully, hearing other dragons nearby. I low growl rumbled in my throat, barely audible. Turning to face the sounds, it seems the dragons were just out of sight. They weren't a threat to me, as I was a confident fighter and alpha, but I worried about Hiccup, after he failed to connect with the last wild dragon we encountered. The strange looking Night Fury with the violet markings.

Mare finally and slowly crawled out of hidding to view toothless better, tilting her head faintly as she gave a soft purred grunt.

Ralph watched from the shadows, The alpha is a cripple? Geez, how has someone not defeated him? Maybe he needs help from his petty rider to help him defeat challengers. Truly sad.

Toothless
Seeing one Night Fury coming out from her hiding spot, I huffed softly in response, seeing she was rather timid and seemed to pose no threat to Hiccup. However, I could still sense other dragons near by. "Show yourselves!" I growled, scanning over the forest. Being alpha no dragon could resist my orders, other than the Bewilderbeast himself. On the rare occasion, I was able to resist the call of the alpha, but only with my connection to Hiccup.
(By the way, I am just putting Alpha's orders in italics)

Hiccup
Letting Toothless do as he wished, I pulled a charcoal stick from my tunic, sketching in my notebook. While many of the drawings were of designs for things I could make in the forge, a few of them were different. Some were of Toothless and others were beautiful islands I had traveled to. More recently, I had been drawing Astrid, putting all my effort into making sure everything was perfect. I never showed her these drawing though, afraid I hadn't done her justice. It was had to capture her beauty, as well as her spirit, in a simple drawing.

Ralph growled as he tried to resist the alpha call. He took two shaky steps forward then he turned back and roared, "You are abusing you power alpha!"

Mare stayed down in a submissive stance before indicating that the smaller wings near her tail but not the actual tail fin was torn off.

Thanatos flew down from the tree and landed at the edge of the forest he tried to pull away not wanting to be seen but he slowly walked forwards against his will and he walked from the forest and roared trying to fly away.
