So Levi, I tried to do what you told me to do, with making the text glow, but I still could not change the colour of the glow. It just kept saying that it wasn't editable.

Edit: ACK! OIE is down! Does anyone know another site that lets me overlay gifs onto images and round corners!?

You can round corners at the website roundpic.com, as said a resource on the beginning page.

But OIE's up for me now, though it did not work earlier. I may add an overlay gif website here later.
