Does Flight Rising allow you to make two accounts and you dont get ban? Cause I wanted two accounts so I have one account that is plague and another a different element.

According to Flight Rising's Terms of Use, players are allowed to register and use one account. The usage of multiple accounts can cause damage to the in-game economy and create unfair advantage. If a player is found to be concurrently using more than one account, it will result in the closure of the original and additional accounts.

my brother is interested in joining, but we use the same laptop. is it allowed or will the team think its just one person trying to cheat around making two accounts?

I found that but they are saying you can't have multiple accounts if you are just using it to gather items and support your main account

Edit;; which isn't what i'll be doing. What I want to do is use the new account as another clan. Such as have that whole account based on a certain element.

We understand that some players may live or work in situations where all users of the provided internet service share the same IP address. It is common in households, educational buildings, and workplaces. It is not against our Terms of Use to share an IP address.

It should be noted, however, that knowingly masking multiple account behavior behind this exception is not allowed. We know that many families or dorm rooms or clubs enjoy Flight Rising together on the same network, but each member of the network must autonomously maintain and play their own account. If a member loses interest, it is not permitted that their vacant account be used by anyone else

last week ice eggs have gone 200k+.

Think about it this way, you said they were selling for 200 gems which is about 108k if you value gems at 540 treasure each (but that rate varies person to person)

So I would say unless yo usee eggs going for 400 or so gems keep it in the 100k range. But it depends on what you think the demand is
