Ok I don't know how we are going to do seasonal correspondence within the dome because how slow our "days" go but it's winter/early spring.
In Canada.
I don't think there are mandarin orange trees. Or much of anything else...

I agree with Sharkie. Mandarins and grapefruits don't grow wild in Canada, seeing how they're native to tropical areas and at least the former is easily damaged by the cold. Just because a plant grows in winter, doesn't mean it can survive snow.

I don't think any fruit grows in Canada...
Root vegetables.
Those normally grow wild.
But grapefruit or mandrel would be if this took place in a tropical environment. You can google what food sources are available in the tundra if it helps.
