He's always thought of himself as someone special and sometimes will go out of his way to do the exact opposite of what he's told if he thinks it's the right thing to do. He has a smart and confrontational mouth but his heart is fire. Strong willed and optimistic, Emberpaw has the makings of a great warrior even if his mentor will have a hard time trying to handle him.

history ;; Probably the closest cat to kin he has in the clan is the cat Venomfang who found him trying to fight off a badger in the nearby forest. He was amazed by the strange warrior's skill and speed as he drove the creature off and even more impressed when he realized the tom's major flaw. No claws. After a rather intense scolding, the strange tom brought him back to Marshclan where he stayed and adopted the name Emberpaw, an adaptation of his rogue name, Ember. But since that attack with the badger, Venomfang had made it a point not to associate or even talk to the apprentice. And to this day Emberpaw strives to be the best he can for his clan, even if he feels like he doesn't belong.
