Star

Star shivered in the snowbank, and shoved his head out. Hearing someone walking up the trail, he gave a short neigh, but it was too quiet for anyone to really hear.

((Do you want to RP the humans??))

((Hmm, do you just want us both to rp random people?))

Walking quietly down the narrow trail, the man narrowed his eyes against the wind that flew against them. He looked back at his fellow hunters, and a few of the scientists that tagged along. Man, the scientists were annoying. They just wanted to "observe" the things. He, being a hunter, wanted to just kill them, and sell their wings and horns. But, the scientists had offered them a large sum of money to help them capture these things. So hey, he wouldn't touch a hair on them, if he got his money. So, back to the matter on hand. Looking forward, he spotted the cave the "horses" were in. He smirked.

((Well, I'm just rping a random dude. Idk his name even, haha. And I did get a bit carried away, hehe. ^^))

((Alright, good idea. Oh, and should we do it that they see Star, then one of the horses in the cave moves, so they just take Star and run?))

Star

Star staggered to his feet, looking all around him. He wasn't truly looking, mainly listening, but you couldn't tell. He somehow staggered into the middle of the path, shivering violently.

Random Human/Hunter

The man staggered along, bowing his head to shade his face from the force of the wind. He was a newer hunter, not used to the fierce weather. He saw, up ahead, a well-lit cave, and outside it, a "horse" was standing. In the middle of the path stood a scrawny foal, but the hunter was more interested in the stallion than the foal.

Random Human/Scientist

The woman walked along, pulling her rough woolen cloak tighter around her. She shaded her eyes, blinking in amazement at the sight of the bright cave. Unlike the hunters, she was more interested in the foal, knowing he would be easier to catch, and better to lure others in.

~Domino~
Domino blinked open his eyes, but wasn't fully awake. Shaking his head, he back stepped closer to the cave wall behind him absent mindlessly. As he did so, he closed his eyes, and fell back into sleep.

~Human Hunter~
The man's eyes darted quickly away from the foal, to the stallion, who was sleeping. Oh yeah, jack pot. He thought greedily as he thought of the money he could get for selling it's wings. Instinctively, he began to reach for the lasso he had with him, and for his knife.

~Human Scientist~
A hand shot out, blocking the hunter from moving forward. The scientists narrowed his eyes at the hunter. So ignorant. He thought, then turned to the other scientist. He had seen a horse move inside the cave, and he knew they would never be able to take the stallion with out the other horses waking up. So the foal it would be. The man motioned with his head toward the foal, and made a questioning face, as if saying; 'Take the foal for now?'

Human Scientist

She looked at the other scientist, "****, should we get him now?" she asked in a low voice, pointing at the foal. She reached for the lasso on her back, along with a special halter to stop the foal from neighing.

Human Hunter

Watching the stallion warily, the man walked around to peer into the cave, then walked back to the other hunter, "Should I spread a net over the outside of the cave?" he whispered.

~Human Scientist~
"Yes, that's fine." The man replied, also reaching for his lasso. He shot a glance at the hunters, hoping they would do nothing to hurt the foal, or any of the horses for that matter.

~Human Hunter~
"Yeah." He replied, gripping his lasso in one hand, and holding his knife in the other.

((Should we give the humans totally random names to make it easier?))

Human Scientist

She walked forward, slightly to the foals left, coming in from the side. She wanted to try and get close to it before capturing it, so she could make sure it wouldn't make any noise.

Human Hunter

He reached into his pack, pulling out the bulky net, then slowly walking toward the cave, hoping the other hunter wasn't far behind.

Star

Star gave a low, angry snort, knowing now what was going to happen. He knew also what would happen if he neighed, so he stayed silent, though obviously scared and angry.

((That's what I was thinking. Yeah, it would make it easier.))

~Jacob~ (The Hunter)
Following after him, Jacob's eyes were narrowed against the snow. Reaching the cave, he peered inside, making sure no horse was awake. Nothing stirred. He turned his head and nodded, shooting a quick glance at the sleeping stallion outside the cave. He then held a thumbs up, signaling it was clear to put the net up.

~Dr. George Howey~ (The scientist)
George followed her example, but moved to it's right side. He couldn't keep his eyes off the foal. This would be sure interesting to study. And perhaps they could find out more about these creatures, even more then with the other one they had.

Hank (Hunter)

Hank threw part of the net to Jacob, along with two pegs to peg it down. He lifted the net, and pegged the top corner into place, using a rock to hammer the wooden peg into a crevice in the rock.

Dr. Alison Trix (Scientist)

Alison slowly walked up to the foal, slipping her rope over its neck, and signaling for George to do the same. She figured the foal would only struggle and neigh when they tried to make it move, so she wasn't worried, for now.

Star

Stars blank eyes seemed to glow in the eerie moonlight, and he shuffled around slightly, feeling a rope being placed around his neck. Oh, how he wished he could see! He used to be able to see, but then he got the Sickness and it made him blind. He shook his head violently, hitting the human holding him.

~Jacob~
Jacob grabbed the net and pegs, and started to do the same as Hank. Finding a small crevice, he gently hammered the peg into it, making sure it would hold the net.

~Dr. George Howey~
Dr. Howey shot a worried glance at Alison, hoping the foal hadn't hurt her from it's hit. Quickly, he slipped his own rope over the foal's neck.
