"featherkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as featherpaw. Your mentor will be weaselshadow. I hope weaselshadow will pass down all he/she knows on to you."

She quietly mewed, she was so shy to even talk.

''Yes! I'm gonna be the best !'' She pounced everywhere, pretending she was a warrior.

She smiled, and tears rolled down her face, she was so happy for her kits.

just a quick heads up
the order for stuff to happen to the clan:
1. a natural disaster (probably a fire)
2. during the disaster a murder is committed
3. after the disaster eaglestar disappears
4. bonepath(taking advantage of eaglestars disappearance) returns with a band of rouges and attacks the clan (they will probably be after the she-cats or something and bonepath will be after nightpaw featherpaw and flowerpaw.)

i will do a vote for the natural disaster!)

Okay, me and Otterdog have been messaging eachother about Fernhearts kits and they are like the prophecy, a bit like hollyleaf, lionblaze and jayfeather, so maybe they can help stop the fire?

Amberpaw watched in silence from where she sat in the medicine cat den as most of the apprentices were made warriors. Sadness flashed in her eyes that she was still an apprentice but she shook her head abdbit was gone. She turned her back to the whole ceremony and walked deep into the den to where she couldn't be seen unless someone walked in there.

As the meeting was dismissed, she jumped down from the highrock and entered the medicine cat den, turning to notice Amberpaw curled up in the far end of the den.
''It's because your not a medicine cat yet, isnt it.'' She mewed, wrapping her long tail around the sad apprentice.

''Great going guys, I'm very proud of you!'' She mewed happily to Featherpaw, Flowerpaw and Nightpaw.

Featherpaw

''I feel so...amazing!'' She chanted, twirling in circles.

Flowerpaw

''I hope I don't have to be in a battle...'' She mewed shyly, twiddiling her paws.

Nightpaw

''I'm still sad about Shadowkit..'' He mewed, thinking of Shadowkit, but he shook it off remembering he was a young warrior now.

Amberpaw looked up at Fernheart as she walked over. Amberpaw sighed and averted her gaze. "Just about all the apprentices were given their warrior names. I've always been left behind." She admitted softly.

She sighed, gazing down at Amberpaw, ''I'm sure Eaglestar hasn't forgotten you, Amberpaw.'' She nuzzled Amberpaw, comforting her.
