Ivy slowly walked to the park, hoping nobody would be there. After thinking about it, she turned toward the café in search of a chocolate muffin.

"Where are you keeping them?" Jace asked, stopping and rubbing the back of his head which was still aching quite a bit. Water dripped off of him and landed on the linoleum floor below in small puddles. "Agh, this would be my second clothing change today." he laughed, examining one of the holes that was on his chest.

Jae kim ; 17; hall; Kaiya
Jae chuckled weakly " you're the first person to see me in my infected form and live to see another day."

Finny tapped her chin absentmindedly while thinking. "My sweaters and towels are back at my room. I'd have to dig around through the mess of gears and machinery that I keep in the spare room that the school is letting me rent. I keep all my extra stuff in there, like my glove stuff. I can grab them pretty quickly, though."

She nods"..oh.. well I saw only half that.." she said"..but.. yeah.."

"Cool. Let's go there then. Before class ends and these halls are filled with judging kids." Jace suggested and looked between Clara and Finny.

"Yeah." he huffed and leaned forward slowly. He groaned in pain at the sudden movement, but it passed. "I think I should just go home." he suggested and narrowed his eyes.

In response to Jace's statement, Finny simply gave a thumbs-up signal. "Great. Clara, you coming?"

"Oh, er, okay." Clara gave a slight nod, her mental protective shield raising - trait of an introvert. "Yeah, let's go," she said, trying to fake confidence.

"Lead the way Finny." Jace cheered and pointed in a random direction down the hallway. Water dripped from his sleeve and added to the pile that was already gathered on the floor. He raked his fingers through his wet hair and shook it out a little.

Jae chuckled suddenly and sat upright. "Could you uh.... do you mind helping me up?" he asked, feeling embarrassed for having asked her for help.

She blinked, and as she luaghed a little, and was surprised by this as she nods a bit, holding out a hand to him"yeah.."

"Excellent! March, my troops!" She shouted, skipping cheerily ahead of Jace and Clara. Finny's so-called "gadget room" was not far from here. As a matter of fact, she had strategically rented the one near to the entrance, just in case she needed to do a quick glove repair after getting them wet.
