1 - Looks about fair to me. :) The horse is an extended release from 2008 and is worth a mid/late 09 rare.

2 - Unfair to the top, the bottom would have to add an 09 rare and a couple '10 uncommons.

This seems quite unfair to me, what would make it more even? The other person seems to have uncommons and commons that i want that are from this past year

If it were me, I would say no, but I guess it really depends on what you want. I was offered 30 C$ for the cat with the scarred face and I turned it down.
