name origin; This coontail, has always been an avid watcher of television, it started at first when he wandered too close to a human home, and caught a peek of the television through the window. However, it's adapted to an obsession and soon resulted an a false persona...

more in-depth; Although it's true Hannibal's traits are mostly negative, he does tend to still manage to be very social and gain many friends- it's the manner of keeping them, that he struggles with. He tends to make friends of all sorts, and he eventually grows envious of them. Sometimes, he's jealous of their appearance, other times, their skills or traits. When he does grow envious, his negative personality traits tend to show more, until fights break out between him and his friends. It's not uncommon that these fights turn into scraps, as he's had many of them. They never end up well, and he usually ends up never talking to his friends, or seeing them again. As he grows older, he only tends to push more people away, and soon, he'll have no one left.

Hannibal's feather is a grim reminder of who he used to be before his persona was created. He used to be fragile, easily broken and manipulated. It wasn't until his persona was created that he became tougher, instead manipulating others as he once was manipulated himself.

Selective amnesia, choosing to block certain parts of your mind is dangerous. Hannibal has little memory of how he used to be, however, he can still remember his old name, Mordecai. Hearing it now, makes him freeze in fear. He doesn't know how to react to those he used to know as Mordecai, which is one of the reasons he strayed away from his old home and family.

Certain things remind Hannibal of the past, they cause his blood to freeze, yet at times, he doesn't even acknowledge it.
