Oisin frowned at Snowfoot. “What do you mean by that?”

[Bartimaeus]

Snowfoot poked his tongue out at the man. "Never you mind."

Oisin sighed, “Why are you here, again?” He asked in a murmur.

[Bartimaeus]

"Why don't you just ask your daughter? I need to go now, bye Niamh..." Snowfoot stepped down from the house, wandering back to the car. With a wave, he turned and stepped in as henry began to drive away.

“Bye.” Niamh murmured as she walked into the house, closing the door behind her.

Her father began to question her in Irish, asking her where was she.

[Bartimaeus]

Snowfoot sat in silence the rest of the way home, thinking about Oisin quietly to himself.

Niamh replied, telling her father she had been at the Landlord’s house.
Oisin decided not to ask any more and sat down by the fire, frowning.

[Bartimaeus]

Snowfoot stepped inside, brushing his feet off on the mat beside the frobt door. He stepped down and out of the landing, into his bedroom.

Niamh sat down on one of the wooden stools by the small table. She coughed, resting her hands on the table.
