She bolted up, as she heard him and yipped softly, whining a little "..J...Jae.. are you OK?" She asked, walking back to the door.

Clara frowned. "Y-yes, it is. Is that bad?"

Jace Parker; 16; hall ; Clara and Finny
"I need to get outside." he told them and walked towards the door. One of the sink's pipes suddenly burst with a loud 'POP', startling him momentarily. "I'm destroying school property" he whined, again, trying to make a small joke out of the whole situation. Jace shoved the door back open and rushed as fast as he could to find a way outside.

Jae didn't answer. Everything was silent now on the other side of the door. He was laying on his back on the floor panting heavily. His eyes were shut and his purple veins were fading slowly.

She groaned, attempting to keep up with him. "Jace, you're going to melt. Into a puddle, and then you will evaporate. The end." She puffed, lengthening her stride in a fruitless attempt to keep up with him.

She lifted a paw, gently tapping it against the door as she stood there"..Jae.. please.. I know you don't want me in there.. but I will if I have to.. to know your okay.. " she said, after a bit, as she'd changed back and put her hands flat on the door.

"I can make it rain harder if you like?" suggested Clara, running after Finny and Jace. "Does rain help?" she asked. Rain always soothed her; Clara wasn't sure if it would have the same effect on Jace's wayward powers.

Jace chuckled at Finny's comment and felt a rush of relief when he finally found a door to exit from. He needed to do this quickly. The class period could end at any second, and he didn't want the other students to see him like this. "I need a lot of rain." he huffed and burst out the door. When the rain touched his skin, steam clouded off of him in a large abundance. He almost completely disappeared in the growing steam cloud.

Jae coughed and turned over onto his stomach. "I-i'm fine..." he sputtered, still fighting back the pain of his transformation.

"Jace, we've discussed that I'm much too short to walk as fast as you." Finny grumbled as she stopped next to him. She edged away as steam began curling off him. She had, of course, forgotten to take off her gloves in her haste to help Jace. She yelped in pain as a strong current of electricity shot up her hand. "Ow ow ow, gloves off off off.." She murmured as she hurriedly took the gloves off.

She bit her lip, bending her head down a bit as she stood there".. Jae.. I can tell your not.. " she said softly, and unlocked the door".. don't freak.. I'm not coming I in..just..unlocked the door.."
