Aradia walked down the street. She turned the corner to see a store in flames and seeing someone in a superhero getup running in with a mother yelling about saving her som. Aradia snuck around the back of the building, but no one weas really qatching her, they were all looking at the burning building. She hopped into the building through a broken window in the back and started searching for the little boy. She grew her ears/tail so she could hear better. She heard small crying coming from somewhere nearby, a bathroom amybe, and headed in that direction

Roxie moved as quickly as she could with everything in flames, practally spinning over and over to stop the flames from touching her. "Where are you?!" Roxie called out, going into a big coffing fit from the smoke. ~I got to find him fast.~ She thought as she headed deeper inside. ~Now, if I was trapped in a burning building, where would I hide? The bathroom!~ She then turned to the left and jumpped over some clothes.

Aradia followed the sound to a door that was, just as she thought, the bathroom. She pushed the door open and said "Hello? I'm here to get you out!" The little boy came out. He took one look at her and hid again. "It's ok, I'm not going to hurt you." she said soothingly, wondering why he was afraid of her, then remembering she was half cAT AT THE MOMENT. "cRUD." she muttered. He wouldn't come out with her here

Aradia turned around, nearly running into the door when she heard someone yell. "He's in here!" she yelled, hoping it was that girl se saw earlier and not someone else trapped in here

Roxie jumped at the voice. ~That's not a guy.~ She thought as she finally made it to the bathrooms. She coughed as she headed for then door. "Is *cough* he ok?" She asked the girl at the door. She wasn't very surpized by the ears.

"Yeah, I think so." she said, coughing when the open door let smoke come in. 'But he won't come near me. He's back there." she said and pointed to the last stall and coughed again

Roxie rolled in and as she coughed she opened the stail door and spotted the boy. "Hey there. I'm betting you want outof here and back to your mom, eh?" She said kindly as she knelt in froint of him. He was shaking and looked at her in fear. "Don't worry, we're the good guys." He didn't seemed covised so Roxie sighed and put her hand in her pocket. She took out a large candy bar and held it out to him. "Here." Moving faster then she expected, he crawled forword and took the candy.

Aradia smiled, watching the boy, but looked up nervously at the celing, which was making odd creaking noises that she didn't like. "Hate to rush you." she said "But we need to get out of here. The whole place will collapse on us if we don't get out now." and she opened the door, looking out into the store, looking for an exit. She coughed from the smoke, and looked for any light that wasn't flame. She saw it. The window she had come in from, but it was blocked by the rising flames. They might be able to run through them though.

"Your right. "Roxie said as she picked up the boy. He was around 5 and was pretty light. As she put him on piggyback style, she moved to the neko girl. "See a way out?"
