Finny froze for a moment, loosely holding the ball in her hands. She opened her mouth to speak, but nothing came out and she closed it again. She let go of the ball, which would have clattered onto the ground if she had not stopped it, making it float about an inch off the ground.

scatty saw a boy (matthew ) on his own and picking up a ball with her hands she walked over to him unsure that he want to throw and catch the ball with a girl asking "hay, wanna partner up with me?"

Matthew raised his eyebrows slightly. "Oh. It's you. I suppose we have to." He rocked back and forth on his heels. "I'm Matthew. Who are you?"

Jace Parker; 16; gym; Jae
Jace and Jae were busy bouncing the basketball back and forth to each other in silence. Occasionally one of them would try to shoot a basket, which was rather easy for Jace to do, but then they would just continue with their tossing pattern. When the awkward silence was beginning to be too much for him, Jace caught the ball and held it in his hands. "Do you not like me?" He asked, bouncing the ball back to his partner. Jae blinked when he caught it and then threw it back to him with great force. "What gives you that idea?" He answered sarcastically and raked his fingers through his hair. The ball hit Jace hard in his chest and he winced, stumbling back. The round brown ball then went rolling away until Jae caught up to it and cradled it in his left arm. Jace rubbed at his soar chest and glanced up at Jae, who started to casualy dribble the ball.

Clara watched the ball hovering in mid-air. She wasn't exactly surprised. "Like that," she whispered. See? I'm not the only one.

[Fizzy-Pop]

"i am scatty" replied scatty boucing the ball up and down and asked getting ready to pass the ball "will i start? or do you want to start?"

Matthew nodded and thought for a moment. "You start." {bluh, sorry that it's so short, I'm a bit low on muse.}

finny //
She set the ball down carefully, breathing heavily. "Ow. God, I need my gloves to do that." Finny looked up at Clara. "I probably shouldn't have done that."

Clara Grainger
Clara rushed over to Finny. "Are you alright? Is there anything I can do to help?" Clara didn't know what happened when Finny used... whatever that was, some form of telekinesis, without her gloves, so she was ill prepared to assist her.

"I'm fine. Just drained. I just need to sit down for a while." She glanced at her hands, which were cracking slightly around the wrists, making blood ooze gently from the cracks.

"O-okay. Uh, do you want to leave the gym or something? Blame it on a "medical condition"? We can talk more in the hall, maybe..." Clara wanted to find out more. Her mind was brimming with questions that had been left unanswered since she first discovered her powers at the age of 6.
