Dark suddenly seemed to completely lose it. He whipped around, charged at Merr to bite him, but missed and carried on running. He skidded to a stop and ran at Karrie, but this time he missed again and fell to the ground with a growl.

"Woah, hey, what are you doing?!" Raven put his paw on his brother's shoulder to keep him down, but Dark thrashed wildly until Raven let him up. He started growling at a rock that was near him and tried to attack it, then lunged for Raven and bit down hard in to his throat, pushing him dow to the ground.
"H-Hey, let go! I haven't done any-" Raven had to stop talking when Dark locked his jaws hard around his throat, crushing his windpipe so that he couldn't breathe atall. The younger wolf tried to escape by kicking Dark, but Dark had such a good grip that his fangs had gone all the way through and met. As soon as Raven stopped struggling, Dark let him go and easily broke his lower jaw in one bite. Dark then ran off while still completely mad.

Merr charged after Dark, catching up easily due to the length of his legs. Grabbing the dog by the scruff, he growled and walked back, holding him off the ground out of reach of anyone but himself. "Please, someone... Help R...Raven." He dipped his head slightly to his brother as he said the name for him. "And please, someone tell me what to do for Dark. I personally think that it is best to eliminate the problem, he has suffered for too long in my eyes. But I'll leave it to you guys, as you knew him better."

Rai grabbed Raven and ran him to Shiva, "please, heal him." She nodded, "Of course!" She began to work on his wounds and Rai bolted, dashing to assist Merr. He grunted as Dark's fangs sank into his shoulder. He growled, ignoring the pain. He pulled away, awaiting Dark's next move.

Merr sighed, moving so that Dark was higher off the ground. Sure it hurt his neck a little having it bent back, but he didn't care. This was for Dark, not himself. "What should I do..."

Darkla went to Merr., watching Dark thrash madly. "Get rid of him." she said. "He's a danger to his pack."

Willow heard Darkla and gasped. Didn't she have any loyalty to her parent? Willow said nothing and went to help Shiva.

Merr looked down at Dark, sighing. Dark was his friend, he didn't want to have to make this decision... Maybe it was for the best if he died? But it would hurt Merr inside forever... He could still see all of his dead friends, family, others he had killed... They would haunt him forever...

Rai glared at Darkla and snarled, "How can you say that about your own father?" He had loved his father until the day the old wolf had died. Not once had he ever said something so cruel

Dark suddenly calmed down and realised what everyone was saying and what he had done. He struggled out of Merr's grip and turned so that his back was to the pack. "I-I'm sorry...Darkla, you're right...I-I-I'm a danger to the pack..." He sighed and looked down at the ground for a moment. "I'm not perfect, but I keep on trying, and I promised I would from the start..." He started to limp off, holding his front left paw off of the ground as best as he could while he went. "You'll all forget about me soon enough, like Barti and Yuki did. You all take care..." When the badly injured wolf was just about out of sight, big crows started to follow him because they knew he was close to death. He just got slower and slower until he had to stop and lie down from exhaustion and the horrible pain. The crows swooped down and started pecking at his body, but he snapped at them and they flew off. They came back again and the same thing happened- He snapped at them and they flew off. The next time he didn't even have the strength to move his head, so he just gave up and lay there while being eaten alive by the crows...

Darkla watched him go, then watched the crows. The birds angered her. Even if he was a crazy wolf, he deserved to die on his own. She followed them, snarling at the birds angrily.

Merr came crashing through, crunching down on one crow's body and snarling at the other, daring it to return. He moaned softly as the crow's blood dripped into his mouth, but he shook it off to focus back on Dark. "Look... You're a friend of my brother's, and a friend of me... I won't let you die like this."
