Jae glanced back at her a few times to make sure she was following him alright, and then he stopped at his locker. "This is my locker. I just need to grab something real quickly." he told her while fiddling with his lock. With a click he opened the door and pulled a small, round, metal container from the top cubby. "Ok, let's go." he said, shutting the door and walking on. [/size][/list]

She nods, and as she saw him smiling for a moment, she blinked. For the shortest time since a few moments ago of meeting him, shed thought he was one those "cool kids". But the simple of action of his, proved her wrong. As they stopped at his locker, she nods again "yeah..I rarely eat. And only eat if it's from overruling my.... abilities " she said, having had trouble, to find the right word the strange powers she had. Once he'd grabbed what he needed, she walk by him.

scatty watched the guy go and sighed wondering if the guy have a unnormal problem same as her and the then she asked not bothered to go outside and control all that water "can i join you guys? the the name is scatty by the way"

"I don't mind, Scatty." Finny said absentmindedly, still fiddling with the gloves. She blinked, surprised, when the gloves sparked a little. However, she didn't react much, as she was wearing her gloves, which prevented any exterior shocks.

Jace hurried down the sidewalk, his shoes splashing in the rain. He mentally cursed himself and shook his head. He couldn't beleive that had actually happened. Now they were just going to be suspicious of him. Something he dreaded for a long time. He just wanted to be seen as normal, but he made a mistake. "Mom, I'm home!" he called into his house as he entered through the front door. Everything was silent and he quickly rushed up the stairs. "I'll be in my room." he announced, but there was no response as always. Jace went into his room and then made his way into his private bathroom. Without a second thought he turned his shower on, switching the temperature knob to freezing cold. He could feel his body getting hotter and hotter and he nervously pulled his clothes off, setting them down in a heap on the floor. His hands began to tremble and he gradually began to pant. He stared up at his reflection in the mirror which suddenly disappeared as the mirror fogged up. With a deep breath he stepped into his shower and tried his best to cool his self down. "Be calm Jace..." he thought.

"Abilities?" Jae asked, feeling interested suddenly. "You have abilities?" he chuckled and crossed his arms over his chest. "That's an interesting way of putting it." he mumbled under his breath, not really taking her seriously. "Wait-" he paused in the middle of the hall and abruptly spun around. His dark, almost black eyes examined her closely and then he cocked his head. "How old are you?" he asked.

She bit her lip"yeah..but.. I don't like em.. if people saw me use them.. I get called a demon.. or black magic user.. and other things" she said, as she stopped walking, standing near him"...?" She blinked, as he would look at her, then ask how old she was"I'm 18.. just turned 18 back like.. I think.. a month ago?" She said, not sure exactly "u..um..why do ask?" She asked him, a bit curious.

She glanced at Finny's gloves as they gave off a spark. "What're the gloves for?" asked Clara curiously. She didn't have a lot of experience with people, and she usually came across as blunt and tactless. "Sorry if that was rude," she quickly added. Clara was simply genuinely interested.

"thanks" said scatty as she sat down and started to take her food out and then taking out her hot chocolate she took a drink and thinking it was not hot enough she put her finger in it making it bubble forgetting that she had company

The entire bathroom was filled will steam from the cold water hitting his heated body. He leaned up again against the wall and continued to pant, but not heavily. Jace closed his eyes and took occasional deeps breaths, begging his body to cool down. His hands were still trembling and he clasped them together for some control. "Calm down." he repeated to his self and tilted his head back, letting the water trickle onto his face. After a few more minutes his body temperature returned to an acceptable heat and he switched the shower off. Carefully he wrapped a towel around his lower body and stepped out into the middle of his bathroom to get another towel for his hair.

Jae shrugged "Oh, you're older than me by a few months then." he pointed out and pulled his phone out of his pocket. With a push of a button the screen lit up and he checked the time. "Lunch will be over soon." he told her, seeming to completely ignore her talk about 'demons' and 'black magic.' "Don't worry. There are far worse things around here." he mumbled, starting to walk back down the hallway. "We have gym class next." he said.

She shrugs a bit".. eh.. " she didn't mind of the time difference that, as she walked with him. But when he mentioned about gym class, a look of a person who didn't like it, crossed her face".. great.. that's gonna get hard.. in a closed building full of people.. and... " she stopped herself, letting out a soft breath as she tried to keep her powers in check. Though her eyes became slotted a bit, like a cats and were a darker red, from the sudden nerves that went down her spine "..but.. if you say theres worse things.. I've seen worse.. trust me" she said, trying keep her mind off about the next class.
