The Crescent Moon - Warriors Roleplay - ACCEPTING

[Blitz.]

Scream, Terror, Horror, and Danger listened to the two cats speak of their "future" closely, and quietly, taking in the unfamiliar words, such as "Warriors" and "Mentors". They didn't know what to feel or expect from the rather angry looking black tom, but they were greatfull their friend defended them, they would be very lost without her.

The four didn't even bother to sit, they stood, trying to be respectfull on other's territory.

[Queen Hydra]

Reedpaw frowned, not sure what to do to make the she-cat stop crying. Gently with his tail, he swiped wiped some of the tears that fell from her eyes. "I'm sure she forgives you in StarClan, and feels sad that you're crying now." He said, then perked his ears and looked toward the sound of voices, one of which had called Hollypaw's name.

"The problem isn't 'can they hunt?' it's 'Do we have enough prey in the territory?'." Voidstar said with a frown. He noticed how much Forestlight seemed to want them to join the Clan, and therefore wanted them too, but he had to see that the Clan could hold them all and not suffer in any way. "I would never put four apprentices on you and Ruinedstone's shoulders, that would be asking to much. Let me think." He sat down, wrapped his tail around his paws, and looked at Forestlight and the four rouges thoughtfully.

Pumpkinkit waggled her tail, crouched playfully in front of a leaf as big as she was. Her bright eyes were full of happiness as she pounced on it, not landing right and went tumbling. She laughed and landed on her back, paws in the air. But when she opened her eyes, she saw her mother looming over her and blinked. "Momma."
Orangecloud nodded and nudged her kit up. "Be careful, Pumpkin." She murmured, flicking her tail. She glanced toward Voidstar, Forestlight, and the four unknown cats. Not sure if they were safe or not, she gently picked Pumpkinkit by the scruff and slowly made her way back to the nursery.

[Blitz.]

Scream looked at Voidstar with a look of understanding. She wanted to say her thoughts, but couldn't speak, she felt so lonely in that area of communication.

Terror looked to Voidstar, with all respect.

"I understand hunger, infact, me and my friends here have lived all lever of hunger throughout are shortlives." he began to explain. "We will do all in our power, if we do happen to have the honor of joining you, to help for food, and we can even go several days without a meal to help."

Horror nodded. "Where we come from, practically no one eats, its mainly survival of the fittest." he said.

[Queen Hydra]

Voidstar turned his gaze to the two cats who had spoken. "I wont accept four lone cats into the Clan if that would cause any of us to go hungry. It would go against everything to risk that. And not eating would make you weak, therefore unable to hunt." He pushed himself to his paws and paced away from the cats, then back, then away, then back, thinking. After awhile, he stopped in front of Forestlight and just looked at her for a moment, making up his mind. After another moment or so, he sighed. "Forestlight, for you, I'll give them a chance." He meowed. "But they have to prove that they can hunt, and will be a good addition to the Clan. I don't know if there is enough prey to support a whole lot more of us, but if so, we'll gladly take it. I suppose four more fit warriors would be a good thing for the Clan. And we still can use the other Clans' territories, but I'd really prefer not to." He shook his head. "If by the end of the day they can catch a decent quantity of prey, I'll allow them to stay. But they'll be closely watched and must feed themselves, and Blueheart and Ravenpaw." He'd have suggested Orangecloud and Pumpkinkit instead, the queen and kit, but he didn't trust these new cats yet. Being around a kit would be to much. "Me, you, and Ruinedstone will train them together. But any slips and they're gone."

Iceheart smiled thoughtfully at her apprentice "Come on we have to get back to the patrol" She said softly then looked at Reedpaw and dipped her head slightly in greeting. She steped aside slightly for her apprentice to have room to slideout concern showed in her eyes but their was also some other emotions mixed in.

Firestorm waited patiently for his apprentice to return to him. Tail curled around his paws he kept his ears alert for any sign of danger or movement. He sighed to himself as a soft but chilly breeze blew by and ruffled up her fur.

[Ravendarus]

Hollypaw sniffed and forced her self to calm down as much as she could. She nodded at Reedpaw, he was being very nice to her and she was glad. She smiled a bit sheepishly, crying over Wildsong, she hadn't done that in a while. To afraid, but as she looked at Reedpaw she seemed to calm more down then ever before. She wiped her tears and nodded, "T-Thank you" She meowed. Hollypaw nodded slightly at her mentor and padded out of the bush, but on the opposite side so she wouldn't see the Thunderpath.

Forestlight smiled softly, she was glad that Voidstar was willing to give them a chance. Forestlight had only adviced to take in others once. But that had been a kit. And that kit became her son. And her son was named Moonkit. Moonkit grew up and became Moonpaw and then Moonpaw became Moonstreak. He was an amazing warrior. He had been one of the best. She missed him dearly, he had left in search of his real family, she had to tell him sometime and she never regreted her decision. She smiled happily, she was a true Queen at heart, always had been. "Thank you Voidstar" She aid smiling gently at him.

[Blitz.]

The four young rouges smiled brightly. They were glad to be somewhat accepted.

Terror blinked. "What should you call us? We have disowned our old names, and so we have none." he said. Horror, Danger, and Scream all shrugged, but were happy the main goal was just hunting. That was easy for them.

Horror sighed. "We should tell you our names." he said. Terror frowned, but agreed, they enjoyed Forestlight too much to not speak of it.

Terror stepped forward. "I am Terror." he said. "And that black cat with a few white markings is Horror." Then he pointed to The young lovely black female. "And this is our mute friend, Scream." he added. "And lastly, this is Danger." he said, pointing to her.

Terror frowned. Danger seemed to turn her head away, Horror looked down, And Scream flattened her ears.

[Ravendarus]

"Your names seem only a little different then ours" Forestlight said, "Voidstar will most likely change your names to something much different, if you prefer that?" She asked curiously. She could understand why they didn't like their names, "My mother wanted to name me Disgracekit" She sighed a bit to them, "But I was lucky someone else changed it to Forest" She said. "Out of curiousity, what would you call yourselves if given the choice?" She asked.

[Blitz.]

Terror, Horror, Scream, and Danger shrugged.

"Whatever we were honored to be named." he said. "We haven't a clue."

Terror began to think. What would suit his friends? He hadn't a clue, but he also relized, his friends were too quiet. How could the clan be familiar with unsocial cats?

"Maybe you could pick out our names." he said, and as soon as he did, the rest seemed to let out a slight smile.

((Their names are going to be (Terror:Blood),(Horror:Dark),(Danger:Hidden), and (Scream:Silent)))

Reedpaw smiled slightly- an odd looking smile- and bound out of the bush once Hollypaw had gone. He trotted over to his mentor and looked up at Firestorm. "I think I made Hollypaw feel better. What are we doing next?" He asked, his ears perked, eagerly awaiting their next task.

Voidstar gave Forestlight a nod and an unsure smile, then looked at the four younger cats. "Forestlight, what stood out the most about each of these cats to you?" He asked curiously, pondering what to name the cats. He'd had to rename a cat few times, one of which had been Pumpkinkit- but then, he'd simply added 'kit'.
