Tobiano is a white marking. Any other color would be considered a chimeric.

Just to keep in mind for future foals and horses, tobiano is only white. You don't have to change it on this horse but please change the color to Bay/Black Somatic Mutated Blanket Appaloosa.

Somatic Mutation is where a gene is accidentally switched off. Chrimeria is where twins are fused into one before the birth. Since the artist did not mention a second horse, this is Somatic Mutation.
