ohh shows sound awesome!! I would totally LOVE that! Maybe some breeds can specialize in certain things, for example, thoroughbreds, obviously, would be better at racing than a draft! I thought that would be fun, and maybe we can win ribbons, that don't really do much, but a small ribbon to put around our archive page! c:

Ribbons sound fun! I've made a few for a horse sim and it was cool. Like, there should be conformation, dressage, show jumping, XC, barrel racing, cattle herding, etc.

Yeah, I was thinking it could work something like that. There you go, reading my mind again. XD

It'd be pretty cool, but how would it work?

There would be different kinds of shows, like racing, jumping, dressage, etc. and people could enter their Tiny Horses to try to win. And there could be different methods of winning: some could be art, some writing, some might be randomly chosen, and so on. As for prizes, there could be Tiny Ribbons, and maybe (just maybe) something like a free breeding, or something else like that. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have an idea for how contest could work ^-^

what if we used a random number generator?
each breed could have "speciality points" in each contest,
the more speciality points for that event the more their name is entered in the generator!

eg. lets say a thoroughbred is entering a race.
this breeds stats might be:
+ 5 racing points
+ 2 jumping points

If they were to race against a standard whose stats were:
+ 1 on all event

then the number generator would have the thoroughbred 6 times and the standard 2 times.
the points ad the their basic entry of 1.
Owners would need to decide which events are best suited to their tiny horses.

Hmm... Those are some good ideas.
Though, depending on how frequently shows are held, the prize can't be too big.

I think prizes should depend on how often events are held.
if races are weekly things little things like a free breeding would be perfect.
maybe we could hold bigger events once a month where the grand prize is a custom tiny horse?
alternatively little ribbons you could add to your tiny horse would be adorable and small enough to be given out often.
